摘要: The invention relates to a heart valve prosthesis, comprising:
an inner stent carrying a replacement heart valve, the inner stent having an inner proximal area and an inner distal area; and
an outer stent having an outer proximal area, an outer distal area, and a middle area between the outer proximal area and the outer distal area, wherein each of the outer proximal area and the outer distal area has a diameter greater than a diameter of the middle area, forming a groove at the middle area, the groove configured to support fixation of the outer stent at an annulus of an endogenous heart valve,
wherein the outer stent is radially outward of the inner stent to form an annular space between the inner stent and the outer stent,
wherein the inner stent includes inner connecting struts at the inner proximal area of the inner stent, and wherein the outer stent includes outer connecting struts at the outer proximal area of the outer stent,
wherein each inner connecting strut of the inner connecting struts is fixed to a corresponding outer connecting strut of the outer connecting struts, to connect the inner stent to the outer stent, and
wherein the only portions of the inner stent and the outer stent that cross the annular space are one or both of the inner connecting struts and the outer connecting struts.-

摘要: A lumen stent (100) and an implant are provided. The lumen stent includes a tubular body (11), an inner branch (12) and an outer branch (13) which are respectively communicated with the tubular body (11). The tubular body (11) includes a first body segment (111), a tapered segment (112) and a second body segment (113) which are connected in sequence. The tapered segment (112) is provided with an outer branch window (110b) and an inner branch window (110a). The proximal end of the outer branch (13) is connected to the outer branch window (1 10b). The distal end of the inner branch (12) is connected to the inner branch window (110a). The area of the inner branch window (110a) is larger than that of the outer branch window (1 10b). The beneficial effects are as follows: since the area of the inner branch window (1 10a) is larger than that of the outer branch window (1 10b), most of blood flow can rapidly pass through the inner branch (12), so that the blood flow pressure of the outer branch (13) is reduced, and the distal end of the outer branch (13) is prevented from tilting and touching an inner wall of a tumor cavity.

摘要: Docking stations for transcatheter valves are described. The docking stations can include an expandable frame, at least one sealing portion, and a valve seat. The expandable frame can be configured to conform to an interior shape of a portion of the circulatory system when expanded inside the circulatory system. The sealing portion can be configured to contact an interior surface of the circulatory system to create a seal. The valve seat can be connected to the expandable frame and can be configured to support an expandable transcatheter valve. The docking stations are adaptable to different anatomies/locations to allow implantation of a transcatheter valve in a variety of anatomies/locations.
