The current invention discloses a treatment device having a heat source, a power source, a heat applicator and a lighting mechanism. The power source includes at least one battery having superior properties such as prolonged electricity production and prompt recharging. The heat applicator includes a heat conductive layer made from nanofibers, providing highly efficient heat distribution to the targeted regions. The lighting mechanism employs light emitting nano fibers to treat targeted regions. The power source provides energy to the light source, which generates light so that the applicator may distribute to an injury site or wound bed of a user. The heat source may be an exothermic chemical reaction designed to last for several hours supplying heat to the treatment device or an electronically produced heat. The treatment device further comprises a plurality of electrodes for electrical stimulation treatment.

An electrifiable heating blanket for patients, particularly including small animals, undergoing surgery. Heating of the blanket is varied in accordance with patient body temperature changes. Control of the heating is provided by a control unit made accessible to a care giver (surgeon or assistant), and blanket temperature is varied by increasing/decreasing electrical current flow to the blanket via the control unit. A primary conductor path is provided from the electrical source to a base control unit and from the base control unit to the blanket covering the patient. The invention provides a secondary conductor path from a position along the primary conductor path and independently extended to a position of convenience to the surgeon or assistant. An electronic break out feature is provided at the point of diversion enabling electronics push button control from the hand control.

The invention relates to ovary apparatus for regulating the temperature of the ovary, and shielding it from radiation. The main function of the device is to preserve fertility of women treated with chemotherapy by lowering the ovary temperature while the toxic medications circulate in the patients' blood. The current invention utilizes shielding of the ovary to protect it from radiation, and temperature decrease to further limit the toxic effect of radiation.
