    摘要： L'objet principal de l'invention est un dispositif (1) de maniement de roue (10) de fauteuil roulant manuel (20) pour personne handicapée, comportant un support de levier (2) muni d'une partie de préhension (3), monté en rotation sur la roue (10), un moyen de fixation (4) du support de levier (2) apte à placer le support de levier (2) libre en rotation autour de l'axe de rotation (X) de la roue (10), un support d'appui (5) monté en rotation par rapport au support de levier (2), la zone de fixation (6) du support d'appui (5) sur le support de levier (2) étant choisie de façon à ce qu'une force exercée pour provoquer la rotation du support de levier (2) selon son premier sens de rotation (F1) entraîne un contact (C) entre le support d'appui (5) et la main courante (11) et une propulsion du fauteuil (20), et de façon à ce qu'une force exercée pour provoquer la rotation du support de levier (2) selon son deuxième sens de rotation (F2) entraîne une absence de contact ou un contact glissant entre la main courante (11) et le support d'appui (5) et le débrayage du dispositif (1).

    摘要： A safety arrangement for a device such as a baby carriage, wheelchair or the like, having an actuator apparatus including first and second relatively displaceable parts movable between a first and second position. When the first part is arranged, in the first position it actuates a brake, and in the second position causing the brake to be in a non-braking state. The actuator is arranged, in the absence of external influence, to adopt the first position. A locking member is releasably attachable to the actuator for locking the first part in the second position, and unlocking of the first part in the second position upon application of a force. The first part is rotatable relative to the second part about a axis for displacement between the first and the second position, and includes a retaining mechanism arranged to connect the locking member to the actuator.
