A device for a cleaning unit for hydraulic oil or lubricating oil circulating in connection with a drive unit, wherein the cleaning unit comprises a cleaning tank provided with an oil inlet for untreated oil, means arranged to spread the untreated oil over a substantial portion of the cleaning tank cross-section, an inlet for introducing gas into the untreated oil, and an outlet for evacuation of gas and water vapor, and also a means having a large surface area arranged downstream of the spreader means, wherein the means having a large surface area is provided as a plurality of bodies arranged to be able to float on the treated oil.

@ Bei einem Verfahren zum Reinigen und Entgasen des Speisewasserstranges im Kreislauf einer nuklear beheizten Stromerzeugungsanlage, werden zur Lösung der akuten Dampferzeuger-Korrosionsprobleme folgenden Schritte durchgeführt:
a) bei gefüllter Vorwärmerstrasse, strömt das Kondensat bei geschlossener Dampferzeuger-Isolierarmatur (40) mehrmals über eine Rezirkulationsleitung (37, 51, 52) zurück zum Kondensatsammelgefäss und zur Kondensatreinigungsanlage; b) unterhalb des Wasserniveaus (7) im Kondensatsammelgefäss wird ein Mittel zur Entgasung (37, 38, 39) über Sprühdüsen in das Kondensat eingeführt, steigt darin hoch und bildet in der Entgasungskammer (44) unter Verdrängung der darin befindlichen Luft ein Polster, welches der Sauerstoff-Entgasung förderlich ist; c) der bei der Entgasung entstehende Dampf wird in einem Zusatzkondensator (48) niedergeschlagen, welcher in der Entlüftungsleitung vor der Vakuumpumpe (47) angeordnet ist und mit einem Nebenkühlwasser beaufschlagt ist; d) anschliessend an die Aufnahme der Dampferzeugung und während der Schwachlastperiode wird im Sammelgefäss des Kondensators eine Nachentgasung mittels Dampf durchgeführt.
Hierdurch ist es möglich, im gesamten Betriebsbereich gereinigtes und entgastes Speisewasser bereitzustellen und die Zeit für die Entgasung vor dem Anlagestart auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren.

A method of degassing water to purify the water from at least one undesired gas which is dissolved in the water comprises a first step of introducing a first feed water stream (1) in contact with a first stripping gas to separate the water from the at least one undesired gas dissolved in the water to yield a first water product stream, wherein the first stripping gas is at least one gas selected from N2, O2 and H2 which is essentially free from the at least one undesired gas.

Boiler feed water requires de-oxygenating to remove the dissolved oxygen from eg saturation levels of 9 to 10 ppm to practically zero before use in the boiler. The present invention provides a method of de-oxygenating water by bubbling nitrogen gas (9) through the water to scavenge the dissolved oxygen therein. Preferably the method is performed at ambient temperature thus readily permitting the use of condensing economisers upstream of the boiler(s).

A system for purifying incoming fluid is provided that is modular and includes a heat exchanger module, an evaporator-condenser module and a compressor. The system is configured to facilitate passive drainage of the purified fluid for collection. The system components are arranged in a stacked configuration to facilitate gravitational flow of the purified fluid such that the purified fluid drains passively for collection. A system for preparation of ready-to-use treatment fluid is also provided including the modular fluid purification system, a preparation station and a coupling device. The components are configured to be retained in a portable carrier that is manually operable for improved access to and mobility of the components. A coupling device for use in connecting flow channels of a plurality of components and for use in preparing ready-to-use dialysate is also provided, A further system for preparation of a receptacle and a ready-to-use treatment fluid in the receptacle is provided.
