    摘要: The bioreactor of the present invention characterizes by having an additional aerobic-anaerobic camera (9) for biomass treatment arranged between the primary biomass preparation camera (1) and the main anaerobic camera (15). The camera (9) is used for preparing biomass for further anaerobic digestion in the main anaerobic camera (15). The deoxidation process takes place therein, the biomass is mixed with a modified mechanical mixer (13) consisting of a surface mixer (13A), a mixer with vertical blades (13B), and spiral mixer (13C), and heated by four heating elements (12) to a temperature of 30-35°C suitable to mesophilic process. The main anaerobic camera (15) produces biogas. The camera (15) has four biomass heating elements (18) and a modified mechanical mixer (19) consisting of a surface mixer (19A), a mixer with vertical blades (19B), and a spiral mixer (19C). All mixers are arranged on a single shaft (4). The gravity movement of biomass from the camera (9) to the camera (15) is controlled by automatic valves (7B) and (7D) controlled by an automatic control unit (24) depending on signals of pressure sensors (11G) and (11K). Produced biogas is stored in a gasholder (23).

    摘要: A system (10) and method for mixing high viscous liquids with gas is provided. The disclosed embodiments include a reactor or mixing vessel (11) having a draft tube (12) disposed therein, a gas injection subsystem (19) adapted to inject gas into the reactor or mixing vessel (11) proximate the entrance of the draft tube (12). The embodiments also include an agitator (16) disposed within the draft tube (12) which makes the draft tube (12) the primary site for the gas-liquid mixing. In particular, the agitator (16) is adapted to create gas bubbles having an average diameter between about 0.3 mm and 3.0 mm which are then ejected into the reactor or mixing vessel (11). The mass transfer efficiency associated with the present system (10) and method is enhanced from the combined effect of gas dissolution into the high viscous liquid within the draft tube (12) and greater bubble residence time within the high viscous liquid.

    摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing a polymer resin comprises a polymerization vessel, a bearing part, a protection part, a circulating cooling means, a raw material-injecting nozzle and a flow path-constituting part. The protection part forms a first flow path between the protection part and the side face of the agitation axis. The circulating cooling means includes a circulating inlet nozzle provided on a side face of the protruding part so as to be opposite to the protection part. The flow path-constituting part is provided between the bearing part and the protection part so as to cover the side face of the agitation axis, to fix the bearing part and the protection part. This flow path-constituting part forms a second flow path between the side face of the agitation axis and the flow path-constituting part and a third flow path for coupling the second flow path with the raw material-injecting nozzle. The first to third flow paths constitute a continuous flow path and an uppermost end of the first flow path is opened to the inside of the protruding part. This device and method provide methods for utilizing or reusing materials which are problematic for conventional methods in terms of cost and productivity, the materials such as chipped woody waste materials or woody waste materials like pruned branches and leaves of trees, and plant materials and plant-waste materials like stems and leaves of wheat, and are suitable for applications to enhance utilization of wasted materials by improving the filling ratio thereof and to promote reuse of the wasted materials.
