摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Fertigen von Flachschlüsseln mit einer mindestens eine Spannbackenanordnung (4, 5) zur Halterung eines Schlüsselrohlings (1) aufweisenden, gegenüber dem Maschinengestell (2) verlagerbaren Spanneinrichtung (3) und einer Antriebseinrichtung (6) mit einem Spannfutter (7) zur Aufnahme eines Profilfräsers (8), insbesondere Schaft- oder Scheibenfräsers zur Breitseitenprofilierung des Schlüsselrohlings (1). Um Schlüssel in großer Vielfalt und verschiedene Profilvarianten herzustellen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Vorrichtung ein mindestens drei CNC-gesteuerte Achsen aufweisendes Bearbeitungszentrum ist, in dem sowohl die Breitseitenprofilierung als auch die durch schlüsselbrustseitige Einschnitte oder Bohrmulden in die Schlüsselbreitseite verkörperte Schließindividualisierung gefertigt wird. Die Erfindung betrifft darüber hinaus ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Flachschlüsseln mit einer derartigen Vorrichtung.

When the clamp is active, its lower jaw rests only by two grooves on the two projections, otherwise the lower surface is spaced from the support upper surface.
