    摘要: Immediately after a clinch lever has actuated a clincher link to complete the bending of staple legs which have passed through paper sheets, pressing on the clincher link by the clinch lever is temporarily mitigated by a pressing mitigating means and thereby, the clincher escapes in such a state that it is still subjected to a pressing force from a driver plate. Therefore, a slack is produced between the driver plate and the clincher link. It becomes easier to extract a fixing plate by an amount corresponding to this slack. If setting is so made as to extract the fixing plate with this timing, it can be simply extracted and moved to its original position.
