Provided is a plasma treatment apparatus that does not use a separate process gas by discharging low-pressure atmosphere formed in a sealed space in which a plasma surface treatment is performed. Therefore, by discharging the low-pressure atmosphere using a relatively low voltage, stable plasma with high surface treatment efficiency may be generated, and thus a plasma treatment apparatus may be configured economically and no operation and management costs due to the use of a process gas are incurred. Also, the safety and the effectiveness of a plasma surface treatment process to be applied in the medical industry are secured, and sterility may be secured and usability may be maximized.

The first magnetizer (1), the fixing member (4) and the second magnetizer (2) are sequentially stacked. The multiple steel magnets (3) are fixed in the fixing member (4) in an evenly spaced manner. Each steel magnet (3) is a column having an N magnetic pole and an S magnetic pole, and the N magnetic pole and the S magnetic pole of the steel magnet (3) are relatively disposed on two sides of a plane where the central axis of the column of the eel magnet (3) is located. The steel magnet body assembly enables a steel magnet to be conveniently magnetized, and enables the tensity of a magnetic field to be uniform after the magnetization. The present invention is to provide a magnet coil drive control device that can efficiently suppress conduction noise while reducing the capacitance of a capacitor. A capacitor and an impedance element are arranged in series on the connecting line connecting the positive electrode line and the negative electrode line of a DC power supply, the connecting line between the capacitor and the impedance element is connected to one end of a magnet coil via a freewheeling diode, and the portion between the freewheeling diode and the one end of the magnet coil is connected to the positive electrode line or the negative electrode line by a switching element. Conduction noise caused by the driving current of the magnet coil can be suppressed by the impedance element, and the capacitance of the capacitor can be further reduced. Accordingly, the magnet coil drive control device can be made smaller in size.
