    摘要: The technical field of the invention are the moulding machines, particularly the inner part (core pin) of such moulding machines for manufacturing of thermoplastic preforms, which are later on stretch-blown to containers such as PET-bottles. The invention relates to preforms having a multi-layer structure and incorporating a recycled inner layer, embedded into two layers of virgin material being on the outside and the inside of said preform. The core pin is designed by the invention such that the inner layer of the preform has a minimum thickness at their bottom area and that the minimum thickness is considerably larger than that in a layer known from prior art. The increase of layer-thickness is achieved by designing the core (2) in its front end portion (3a,3b) in an unround fashion. Possible designs of unround front ends are a flat (3b) or a shallow dimple (3a). With such design of the core pin the invention assures that the middle recycled layer does not reach the inner surface of the preform to give the preform - although recycled thermoplasts are used - food-compatibility.

    摘要: Un moule pour coulage par injection à cavités multiples (1) permettant de couler simultanément par injection une multiplicité d'articles à couches multiples, possède un système d'admission à canal chaud unique (19) destiné à conduire successivement une première et une seconde matière moulable en fusion dans les cavités (3) du moule de manière que chacune des matières soit amenée simultanément dans toutes les cavités et en quantités égales. L'invention concerne aussi une barre centrale (5) pour chaque cavité, dans laquelle une concavité est ménagée à un endroit contigu au point d'admission des matières dans la cavité, afin d'empêcher que la première matière injectée dans le cycle d'injection ne soit enlevée du bout de la barre centrale par la seconde matière d'injection. Un tampon est formé à partir de la première matière injectée dans la région du col de l'ébauche pour compenser les variations de température dans les cavités et dans la matière répartie entre les différentes parties du moule, et la première partie de la quantité dosée de la matière injectée en premier au cours du prochain cycle d'injection est utilisée pour fermer hermétiquement l'ébauche à la fin du cycle d'injection.
