There is provided the torque limiter for limiting a torque command to be output when pressure feedback control of the pressure holding step is performed. After the start of the pressure holding step, the torque limiter limits output toque of the servomotor for injection for a predetermined time period after the screw starts to move backward. As a result, the output torque in the backward direction of the screw is limited and reduced, whereby the speed of backward movement of the screw is reduced, and decrease of the pressure applied to the resin becomes moderate, thus abrupt drop of the pressure can be avoided.

A resin flow analysis in a die is performed by CAE or the like to obtain a resin pressure curve at a resin inlet port or a resin pressure curve at a nozzle end portion of a molding machine. Injection (air shot) is performed while a nozzle is separated from a die, so that an injection pressure curve Pa to be detected at this time is obtained. From the injection pressure curve and the resin pressure curve, an injection pressure command curve serving as a molding condition in mass production is obtained. The resin pressure curve obtained by the resin flow analysis is compensated by the injection pressure curve in an air shot for a time lag and pressure loss caused by the mechanical elements of an injection molding machine, so that molding conditions in mass production can be easily obtained. In addition, a pressure loss at the nozzle portion is also obtained, so that an injection pressure command curve is obtained from the pressure loss, the injection pressure curve, and the resin pressure curve.

Die Hybrid-Einspritzeinheit umfasst eine drehbar und axialverschiebbar in einem Plastifizierzylinder (5) aufgenommene Plastifizierschnecke (4), einen ersten Elektromotor (13), der mit einer Welle der Plastifizierschnecke (4) zu deren Drehantrieb gekoppelt ist und einen zweiten Elektromotor (1), der mit der Welle der Plastifizierschnecke (4) zu deren Axialverschiebung gekoppelt ist. Um den zweiten elektromotor in kostengünstiger Weise auslegen zu können und die Belastung auf die Koppelung zwischen dem zweiten Elektromotor und der Welle der Plastifizierschnecke zu reduzieren wird vorgeschlagen, dass zumindest eine Kolben-Zylinder Einheit (7, 10) vorgesehen ist, die zur Unterstützung des zweiten Elektromotors (1) in Einspritzrichtung mit einer Druckquelle (30, 32) verbindbar ist, sich an einem Ende gegen ein Gehäuse (20) der Hybrid-Einspritzeinheit abstützt oder zumindest teilweise integral mit diesem ausgebildet ist und mit dem anderen Ende über ein Joch (8) auf die Welle der Plastifizierschnecke (4) einwirkt, wobei die Welle der Plastifizierschnecke (4) drehbar im Joch (8) gelagert ist und das Joch (8) zwischen dem Krafteinleitungspunkt des zweiten Elektromotors (1) in die Welle einerseits und der Plastifizierschnecke (4) andererseits auf die Welle wirkt.
