摘要: An aesthetic structural product is provided that incorporates high structural strength and high-gloss finish through a streamlined manufacturing process combining hybrid molding with an overlay of decorative film. The method includes preheating a composite sheet, applying a decorative film to the composite sheet through hot stamping, thermoforming the composite sheet to a desired shape, and overmolding desired features using a resin which is compatible with the composite of the composite sheet. The method may be performed in varying order, such as overmolding and/or thermoforming the composite sheet prior to hot-stamping the decorative film to the composite sheet.

摘要: Provided are a resin composition, a resin formed product and a multilayer structure that are superior in long-run workability in melt molding, and are capable of forming an article exhibiting inhibited coloring and generation of defects such as streaks and fish eyes and having superior appearance characteristics while generation of an odor is inhibited. The resin composition contains an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (A) and a saturated carbonyl compound (B) having 3 to 8 carbon atoms, wherein the saturated carbonyl compound (B) is a saturated aldehyde (B-1), a saturated ketone (B-2) or a combination thereof, and the content of the saturated carbonyl compound (B) is 0.01 ppm or greater and 100 ppm or less. The saturated aldehyde (B-1) is preferably propanal, butanal, hexanal or a combination thereof. The saturated ketone (B-2) is preferably acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, 2-hexanone or a combination thereof.

摘要: A multilayer container having a layer configuration of 3 or more layers including, as layered in that order from an inner layer to an outer layer, an oxygen-permeable layer (A) containing an oxygen-permeable resin as the main component thereof, an oxygen-absorbing adhesive layer (B) containing, as the main components thereof, an oxygen-absorbing resin composition (b1) containing a deoxidant composition (b1-i) and a thermoplastic resin (b1-ii) and an adhesive resin (b2), and a gas-barrier layer (C) containing a gas-barrier resin as the main component thereof, wherein the gas-barrier resin is a polyamide resin (X) including a diamine unit containing a metaxylylenediamine unit in an amount of 70 mol% or more and a dicarboxylic acid unit containing 75 to 96 mol% of an ±,É-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid unit having 4 to 20 carbon atoms and 25 to 4 mol% of an aromatic dicarboxylic acid unit, the content of the deoxidant composition (bl-i) in the oxygen-absorbing adhesive layer (B) is 5 to 50% by mass relative to 100% by mass of the material constituting the oxygen-absorbing adhesive layer (B), the content of the adhesive resin (b2) is 20 to 70% by mass relative to 100% by mass of the material constituting the oxygen-absorbing adhesive layer (B), and the thickness of the oxygen-absorbing adhesive layer (B) is 10 to 30% of the total thickness of the multilayer container.
