摘要: A method for producing a part by molding with an embedded 2D barcode defined in the surface of the part and the embedded 2D barcode subsequently being readable using a light source and a camera, the method including providing a mold with an array of individual areas of optical anisotropic surface structures, where at least a number of the individual optical anisotropic structures forms a two-dimensional barcode or data matrix; making a replica of the mold, the replica including the array having the property that the directional reflection coefficient of the individual areas of optical anisotropic surface structures is depending on the illumination angle and detection angle in a way that is not rotational symmetric around the axis normal to the surface of the replica, the array being readable by illumination and detection of reflection intensity of the illumination source under a non-normal angle to the surface of the replica.

摘要: A method for manufacturing an optical element includes the steps of: providing a first material (5) including a precursor of a first energy curable resin which contains fine particles of a transparent conductive material on a transparent substrate (4), curing the first material (5) by light irradiation, and performing a heat treatment on the cured first material. In the method described above, the cured first material processed by the heat treatment is again processed by light irradiation.

摘要: A technique for forming a mold to replicate large numbers of plastic articles, such as by injection or blow molding, wherein the mold contains a hologram or other microstructure for transfer to an outside surface of the molded article. The mold is made by electrodepositing a metal on a model (21,22) of the article to be molded. Before this deposition, the hologram or other microstructure (25,26) is formed on a surface area of the model by any one of several techniques. The result is a unitary mold piece in the shape of the article and having the hologram or other microstructure integrally formed on its inside surface.

摘要: An imprinting apparatus (100) includes a first conveyer unit (110a), a flexible imprinting mold film (120) and a driving roller set (130). The first conveyer is adapted to convey a workpiece (50) to a working region (100a) of the imprinting apparatus (100). The flexible imprinting mold film (120) has imprinting segments (120a-120e). At least one of the imprinting segments is located in the working region (100a). The workpiece (50) is adapted to be imprinted in the working region (100a) through the corresponding imprinting segment (120a-120e). The flexible imprinting mold film (120) is partially rolled around the driving roller set (130), the imprinting segment (120a-120e) located in the working region (100a) is expanded from the driving roller set (130), and the driving roller set is adapted to drive the flexible imprinting mold film (120), such that at least another one of the imprinting segments (120a-120e) rolled around the driving roller set (130) is expanded from the driving roller set and moved to the working region (100a). Besides, an imprinting method is also provided.
