    摘要: A process for the production of extruded profiles and shaped sheets, variously decorated, especially from aluminium alloy to be used in the building field, for domestic appliances and the like, comprising the steps of preliminary preparation of the surfaces of the article (1), the application of preliminary painting cycles or other surface treatments, the wrapping of the article with a transfer support (2) carrying the decorations wished, the covering of the part so wrapped within a membrane (5) of rubber or the like and the creation of vacuum through holes (6) between the membrane and the piece covered by the same, on prior interposition of means (3) suitable to ensure the flow and the exhaust of the air so as to cause the adhesion of the support to the shape of the article, as well as the possible interposition of yielding means (4), suitable to equalize the pressure exercized by the membrane and lastly the heating for the transfer of the pattern and the polymerization of the colours.

    摘要: A printing process to decorate Architectural Aluminum Profile bars achieved by the following steps. A colored powder coating is applied as a base coat. The coated aluminum profile bar is driven into a tunnel oven (3) for heating and the temperature is checked at the exit from the tunnel oven by optical thermometer (4). The hot bar enters immediately into a printing unit (5). Special constructed pressing silicon cylinders (11) force the transfer paper or transfer fabric (7) to cover the aluminum bar. The sublimable ink on the printing material penetrate the base coat, by sublimation, leaving the pattern on it. The printing materials are automatically removed after use (12). A transparent powder coating is applied as top coat to achieve maximum outdoor resistance.

    摘要: A process for the decoration of metals, metal alloys, in the form of extruded profiles, sheets and metal articles in general, that utilizes the transfer system.
    The process allows the decoration, with one only treatment, of metal extruded profiles on the four faces, independently on the shape of the profile, using suction and compressed air. The new process causes transfer to be quicker and provides an optimum result with respect to the quality of the final product. After the preliminary steps of pickling and painting, obtained by using colorless paints, the profile is wrapped up in a paper bag bearing on the surface the color and the pattern to be transferred. Air is removed from this bag. To correct paper adhesion to the support, compressed air is utilized and lastly heating.
    Only compressed air is utilized for sheet decoration.
