The hybrid construction machine includes: an electric storage device temperature adjustment circuit 13; an engine cooling circuit 11 that cools an engine 1 with a first coolant and is capable of switching between a state in which the first coolant after cooling the engine is introduced into the electric storage device temperature adjustment circuit 13 and a state in which the introduction of the first coolant into the electric storage device temperature adjustment circuit 13 is stopped; an equipment cooling circuit 12 that cools, with a second coolant, equipment that needs cooling, and that is capable of switching between a state in which the second coolant is introduced into the electric storage device temperature adjustment circuit 13 and a state in which the introduction of the second coolant into the electric storage device temperature adjustment circuit 13 is stopped; and a controller 17 that controls the operation of the engine cooling circuit 11, the equipment cooling circuit 12 and a lead-out switching valve 19 in such a manner that the first coolant or the second coolant selectively flows through the electric storage device temperature adjustment circuit 13, according to whether the electric storage device 6 needs to be warmed up or cooled.

According to the invention, a) the suction line (16) which runs outside the tank (40) is connected to a pump sump (12) situated in the region of the tank base (44), b) an in particular electrically operated pump sump heater (30) is arranged in the region of the pump sump (12), c) at least one in particular electrically operated heating rod (36) extends into the tank (40), and d) at least one fill level sensor (18) runs outside the tank (40). The pump sump heater (30), the heated suction line (16), the heating rod (36) and an optional elastic compensating element (26) in the region of the pump sump (12) permit a substantially temperature-independent supply of the reducing agent (42) to an exhaust-gas aftertreatment system of a diesel engine. The pump sump (12) which is mounted on the bottom of the tank (40) furthermore makes it possible for the reducing agent (42), which must be available in the exact dose for correct execution of the SCR method, to be supplied virtually completely independent of position, and nevertheless uniformly, to the exhaust-gas aftertreatment system.

    摘要: Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are directed towards improved systems and methods for the delivery of a urea solution to an exhaust gas treatment system. In one particular exemplary embodiment, a urea tank assembly is provided. The urea tank assembly includes a reservoir defining a fluid inlet opening for receiving urea solution and a fluid outlet opening for discharge of the urea solution. The urea tank further includes a vented hollow member located within the reservoir. The vented hollow member defines an internal hollow portion and a plurality of openings for providing fluid flow between the reservoir and the internal hollow portion. The urea tank further includes a heater located along the vented hollow member to cause heating of urea solution within the internal hollow portion and the reservoir. The urea tank further includes a fluid pump located within the reservoir. The fluid pump is in fluid communication with the internal hollow portion and the reservoir to move urea solution located therein through the fluid outlet opening. The fluid pump also includes a temperature sensor configured to determine the temperature of the urea solution within the reservoir, wherein heating of the urea solution is based upon the temperature of the urea solution within the reservoir.
