    摘要: A seat belt apparatus, a vehicle seat, a vehicle, and the like are provided. The seat belt apparatus includes: a main belt (10) extending from a first part of a vehicle seat (91) corresponding to a shoulder on one side of a passenger (200); a first buckle (13) that is disposed on an extended part of the main belt (10) and that can be buckled and fastened to a second side of the vehicle seat corresponding to a waist on the other side of the passenger; and an auxiliary belt (20) extending from a second part of a backrest (102) of the vehicle seat (91) corresponding to an underarm of the passenger, where the second part is lower than the first part. According to the foregoing structure, the auxiliary belt can restrain the passenger under the underarm of the passenger. When a body of the passenger slides forward relative to the vehicle seat due to a forward collision of the vehicle, the underarm of the passenger is blocked by the auxiliary belt, so that forward sliding of the passenger can be suppressed. Further, a risk that a neck of the passenger is strangled by the main belt can be reduced, and safety can be improved.

    摘要: The invention relates to a retraction of a seat belt buckle which is compatible with tool-free seat removal. For this purpose, the invention provides for passing the seat belt buckle from a stressed operational position to a retracted position for uncoupling the seat. A system for retracting (2) a seat belt buckle (3) includes mainly a mounting (5), on which the belt buckle (3) is rotatably mounted via an arm (31) about a mechanical pin (51) which is transverse to the mounting (5), and a seat frame (4; 4a, 4b). In this system (2), the seat frame (4; 4a, 4b) is provided with a side position cam (6), rotatably mounted about an axis (X'X) and pivotably connected with said arm (31) about a mobile linking finger (32). Said arm (31) is rotated between a usage position, in which the cam (6) drives the belt buckle (3) under the stress of a return spring (52) mounted on the transverse mechanical pin (51), and a position in which the belt buckle (3) is retracted under the stress of the spring (52) and in which the seat (1) can be removed by direct uncoupling.
