Abstract:
A guide ring sensor has a fixing seat (10A, 10B), a guide ring (20), an elastic member (30), and a sensing element (40). The guide ring (20) is pivoted on the fixing seat (10A, 10B). The elastic member (30) mounted on the fixing seat (10A, 10B) provides resilience to the guide ring (20). The sensing element (40) is mounted on the fixing seat (10A, 10B) to detect a pivoting angle change of the guide ring (20) and generate a signal corresponding to the pivoting angle change of the guide ring (20). The sensing element (40) may detect whether a webbing (61) is correctly fastened or not by the pivoting angle change of the guide ring (20).
Abstract:
Abstract:
In order to solve the issue, during recessed-shape molding for vehicle seats, of requiring a suspension step, more work, members for suspension, and increased cost in a method using suspension, a recessed-shape molding method is provided for vehicle seats having a seat frame, a seat pad covering the seat frame, and a trim cover covering the seat pad. The seat pad has a seat pad groove. An adhesive sheet is sewn on to the rear surface of the trim cover by using outer stitching, the trim cover is put on to the seat pad, then a die is pressed on to the outer stitching from the trim cover surface, the trim cover is adhered to the seat pad groove, and a recessed shape is formed. As a result, a vehicle seat having simplified molding steps and effectively reducing costs can be provided, as well as a vehicle seat molding method used for same.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a belt buckle (1) for a safety belt system having a spring-loaded locking mechanism (2) for locking A belt tongue (4) pushed into a buckle housing (3), and having a push-button (5) displaceably guided under spring action in the buckle housing (3) for the loading of the locking mechanism (2) required to unlock the belt buckle (1), a cable (6) fastening the belt buckle (1) to a vehicle being fastened by means of a fastening device (7) riveted to the buckle housing (3), the fastening device (7) comprising a plate-like base (8), from the base surface (9) of which a contact projection (11) having a radial arcuate contact surface (12) for a loop (13) formed by the cable (6) protrudes in an axial direction, a riveting pin (14) protruding in the axial direction from the contact projection (11), characterized in that the riveting pin (14) is offset eccentrically in relation to a vertex (15) of the arcuate contact surface (12) of the contact projection (11) around which the cable (6) wraps, wherein a distance (16) of the vertex (15) of the contact surface (12) to a center (17) of the riveting pin (14) is smaller than a radius of curvature (18) of the contact surface (12) at the vertex (15). By means of the invention belt buckles (1) having a small extent in the displacement direction of the push-button button can be constructed due to the radial eccentric offset of the riveting pin (14) in the direction of the vertex (15) of the contact surface (12).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a retraction of a seat belt buckle which is compatible with tool-free seat removal. For this purpose, the invention provides for passing the seat belt buckle from a stressed operational position to a retracted position for uncoupling the seat. A system for retracting (2) a seat belt buckle (3) includes mainly a mounting (5), on which the belt buckle (3) is rotatably mounted via an arm (31) about a mechanical pin (51) which is transverse to the mounting (5), and a seat frame (4; 4a, 4b). In this system (2), the seat frame (4; 4a, 4b) is provided with a side position cam (6), rotatably mounted about an axis (X'X) and pivotably connected with said arm (31) about a mobile linking finger (32). Said arm (31) is rotated between a usage position, in which the cam (6) drives the belt buckle (3) under the stress of a return spring (52) mounted on the transverse mechanical pin (51), and a position in which the belt buckle (3) is retracted under the stress of the spring (52) and in which the seat (1) can be removed by direct uncoupling.
Abstract:
The invention relates to seat belt latch (19) including an anchoring plate (21) on the floor of a vehicle, and at least one arm (23) extending upward and intended for being connected to a device (9) for locking a seat belt. At least one hook (29), forming an air gap and configured to be arranged facing a structural wire (31) of a seat portion or a bench seat, is formed on said arm (23) such that longitudinal movement of the seat portion in the direction of the hook(s) (29, 41) places the wire (31, 43) in the air gap of said hook(s) (29, 41). The invention enables an anti-ejection device for a seat portion or a bench seat to be built into a seat belt buckle latch.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a vehicle seat (1), comprising a backrest (10) and a seat part (2) which has a seat cushion (11), wherein the seat cushion (11) has at least one recess (31, 32) for receiving at least one belt buckle (21, 22, 23). The at least one recess (31, 32) is partially delimited upwards in the vertical direction by a bridge (35).
Abstract:
