The present invention discloses a truck, comprising a frame, forklifts connected with the frame, driven wheels mounted on the forklifts, a battery unit, an operating handle, a hydraulic pump station system and a top cover permanently connected with the frame; a driving wheel unit intended for driving the truck to move, wherein the hydraulic pump station system comprises a driving mechanism and a pump body with a case, the top of the pump body is permanently connected with the top cover and the bottom is connected with the driving wheel unit, a handle mounting portion is provided on the pump case and connected with the operating handle, the pump body is capable of propping up the top cover driven by the driving mechanism and capable of lowering it without any power under the control of the operating handle, and the driving mechanism is located on the side of the handle mounting portion opposite to the pump body and away from the forklifts. The present invention has the advantages of low cost, simple and compact structure, small size, ease of operation, less space occupied and steady operation.

Der Gabelhubwagen 1 weist einen Antriebsteil 2 und einen anhebbaren Lastteil 3 auf, die durch einen längeren oberen Lenker 12 und einen kürzeren unteren Lenker 15 miteinander verbunden sind, so daß der Lastteil 3 beim Anheben und beim Absenken eine kleine Neigungsänderung erfährt. Dabei ist die Ausbildung und Anordnung so gewählt, daß der zwischen der Rückwand 19 des Antriebsteils 2 und der Frontwand 21 des Lastteils 3 gebildete Spalt 22, der sich beim Anheben und beim Absenken des Lastteils 3 öffnet und schließt, im Bereich der Oberkante 20 der Rückwand 19 des Antriebsteils 2 im wesentlichen nicht verändert. Da der Spalt 22 hier nur wenige mm beträgt oder nahezu geschlossen ist, besteht keine Gefahr, daß es durch unachtsames Hineingreifen zu Fingerverletzungen kommt.

Der Gabelhubwagen ist mit zwei in gleicher Weise ausgebildeten Hydraulikaggregaten 8, 9 versehen, die zwischen Kraftübertragungsteilen 18 und 19 am Antriebsteil bzw. am anhebbaren Lastteil des Gabelhubwagens angeordnet sind. Der Zylinder 10 und die Kolbenstange 14 eines jeden Hydraulikaggregats 8, 9 sind mittels eines Federsteckers 26 bzw. 27 befestigt, der beim Anbringen teilweise in eine Ringnut 15, 17 am Zylinder 10 bzw. an der Kolbenstange hineinfedert und teilweise in einen Umfangsschlitz 24, 25 in einem mit dem Antriebsteil bzw. mit dem Lastteil verbundenen Halteteil 22, 23 eingreift. Mit den Federsteckern lassen sich die Hydraulikaggregate auf einfache Weise sowie ohne spezielles Werkzeug montieren und demontieren.

The wheel drive device is added to a conventional hydraulic system having an actuation lever (11) and a main cylinder (10). The main cylinder (10) is operated in conjunction with a pumping action of the actuation lever (11), thus selectively supplying pressurized oil to a fork drive cylinder (20) through an oil supply line and ascending the pallet forks to a height. In the wheel drive device, a neutral valve (60) is mounted to the oil supply line and is connected to a wheel drive cylinder through another oil line. The oil passages of the neutral valve (60) are switchable so as to selectively supply the pressurized oil from the main cylinder to the wheel drive cylinder in place of the fork drive cylinder, thus extending the piston rod of the wheel drive cylinder. A rack gear (31) is fixed to the piston rod of the wheel drive cylinder, while a pinion gear (41) is concentrically fixed to the rotating axle of the wheels. The pinion gear engages with the rack gear, thus being rotatable along with the wheels.

An improved pallet truck, having an extended length pair of forks (110) capable of supporting multiple, side-by-side pallets which may be raised well above the floor to assist an operator in an order selection operation, includes a first fork lifting mechanism (70) connected to one end of a pair of primary forks (60). A pair of load wheels (80) are mounted on levers at another end of the forks (60) and are mechanically connected to the first fork lifting mechanism (70) which causes the other end of the primary forks (60) to be raised from a lower level to an upper level simultaneously with the raising of the first end thereby to maintain the primary forks (60) level while lifting the maximum capacity of the truck. A pair of secondary forks (110) are mounted above the primary forks (60) and are movable from a nested position with respect to the first forks (60) to a raised position by a second fork lifting mechanism (120) carried by the primary forks (60). The ends of the secondary forks (110) are supported by a pair of hydraulic cylinders (180) attached between the secondary forks (110) and the primary forks (60), thus providing support and rigidity to the secondary forks (110) while they are in a raised position.

A fork assembly lift mechanism (24) is disclosed that is configurable for use in a material handling vehicle (10) for moving a fork assembly (14), including a fork trail assembly (66), between a lowered position and a raised position. The fork assembly lift mechanism comprises a master cylinder (52a,52b) coupled to a truck body (12) and the fork assembly (14) for moving the fork assembly (14) between the lowered position and the raised position, and a slave cylinder (64a,64b) coupled to the fork assembly and the fork trail assembly (66) for moving the fork trail assembly (66) between the retracted position and the extended position. The slave cylinder (64a,64b) is in fluid communication with the master cylinder (52a,52b) such that actuation of the master cylinder results in actuation of the slave cylinder to move the fork assembly (14) between the lowered position and the raised position, and to move the fork trail assembly (24) between the retracted position and the extended position.
