    摘要： A package (1) for containing loose items comprises at least one outer casing (2), at least one inner casing (3) accommodated slidably within the outer casing (2) and capable of motion between a closed configuration, in which an opening (4) presented by the inner casing (3) is concealed completely by the at least one outer casing (2), and an open configuration in which the opening (4) is exposed at least in part. The package (1) further comprises at least one connecting appendage (5) hinged along a first line to a side wall of the outer casing (2), and along a second line to a side wall of the inner casing (3) breasted in sliding contact with the side wall of the outer casing. The outer casing (2) comprises a locking part with a flap (6) folded to act against a corresponding locking part of the inner casing (3) also comprising a flap (7), both flaps (6, 7) in folded state being attached to the outer casing (2) and the inner casing (3), respectively. The two locking parts prevent immediate opening of the package from the closed configuration to the open configuration and wherein said part of the outer casing (2) is thicker than said part of the inner casing (3).

    摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft Verbesserungen an Gebinden aus laminiertem Material, beispielsweise Kunststoff-beschichtetem Karton, mit einer Öffnung. Um im Bereiche der Öffnung Kontakt zwischen einer mittleren Schicht oder mittleren Schichten und dem Gebindeinhalt zu verhindern, ist die Öffnung derart ausgestaltet, dass die äusseren Schichten (4, 8) die mittlere Schicht oder Schichten (5 bis 7) vollständig abdecken. Dies wird erreicht, indem in die mittlere Schicht oder Schichten (5 bis 7) eine erste Öffnung gestanzt wird, indem dann die äusseren Schichten (4, 8) beidseitig auflaminiert werden, wobei sie die erste Öffnung überspannen, und indem dann in die die erste Öffnung überspannenden Schichten (4, 8) eine zweite Öffnung geformt wird, die kleiner ist als die erste, derart, dass um die erste Öffnung ein aus den durch die Lamination aneinander haftenden, äusseren Schichten (4, 8) bestehender, die mittlere Schicht oder Schichten vollständig abdeckender Rand entsteht. Die zweite Öffnung kann als potentielle Öffnung geformt werden durch Einprägung einer linienförmigen Schwachstelle (41), die im wesentlichen parallel zur Kante der ersten Öffnung verläuft. Die zweite Öffnung kann aber auch ausgestanzt und dann wieder verschlossen werden, beispielsweise durch einen Abziehstreifen oder eine Verschlusseinheit.

    摘要： The drawings and description disclose a liquid carrying paperboard carton having straw opening means formed in a side wall panel thereof. The straw opening means includes a first tear strip formed on the side seam-supported edge of one side panel by spaced laterally-extending die cuts formed all the way through the paperboard layer. and extending from a side edge across a portion of the width of the underlying panel to a vertical score line for forming a flexible hinge. A second tear strip is formed on the underlying side seam by die cuts formed through the thermoplastic coating only, directly beneath the first tear strip. An arcuate cut is formed on the panel adjacent the side seam through the coating thereon so as to interconnect the inner ends of the second tear strip. The arcuate tab formed by the latter cut breaks away from its panel when the carton is formed, and serves as a starter tab for lifting the first and second tear strips, whereupon the tear strips may be peeled back past a notch or edge of the underlying side seam to accommodate the insertion of a straw therein.
