The sleeve includes biconcave panels that are opposite from one another and each have opposite concave edges, and biconvex panels that are opposite from one another and each have opposite convex edges. The concave and convex edges are respectively foldably connected to one another by arcuate fold lines. When the sleeve is erected, each of the biconvex panels may be in a concave configuration with respect to the interior of the sleeve.

A partir de la feuille découpée habituelle jusqu'ici, par exemple pour le paquet de cigarettes, il faut seulement prévoir de la garnir de plusieurs lignes de coupe et de lignes de pliage. Grâce à la forme correspondante de ces lignes de coupe supplémentaires, diverses impressions esthétiques peuvent être obtenues avec les différentes formes de languette, puisqu'une partie (22) de la languette (4) est placée sur le devant, p. ex. du paquet de cigarettes. La forme de la languette correspondante peut ainsi s'adapter au reste de la conception, p. ex. du paquet de cigarettes.
