    摘要： A sheet conveyance device (10A) includes: a conveyance belt (11) that has a front surface provided with an adhesive agent layer and a rear surface and that conveys a sheet (S) placed on the adhesive agent layer; a pressing roller (14) that faces the front surface; and a contact portion (15) in contact with the rear surface. The pressing roller (14) is reciprocated in a forward direction and a reverse direction with respect to a conveyance direction so as to pass through an adhesion region (P) in which the sheet (S) is adhered to the adhesive agent layer. In the adhesion region (P), the pressing roller (14) and the contact portion (15) sandwich the sheet (S) and the conveyance belt (11). When the pressing roller (14) passes through each of a pair of end portions (L1, L2) of the adhesion region (P) in a reciprocation direction of the pressing roller (14), the pressing roller (14) passes through each of the pair of end portions (L1, L2) at speed to leave the adhesion region (P).

    摘要： A system and process is described for producing spirally wound products. According to the process of the present disclosure, two or more webs are conveyed together in a superimposed relationship. The webs are then separated such that one web goes to a first winding module while a second web goes to a second winding module, etc. In this manner, at least two spirally wound products can be produced simultaneously. The process and system of the present disclosure are particularly well suited for processing tissue webs, such as paper towels and bath tissue. The process of the present disclosure can effectively at least double throughput on existing winding systems.

The flexible belt (5) is positioned adjacent to the reel spool (4) to engage the paper web (W) against the reel spool (4) during winding such that the flexible belt (5) is deflected from the predetermined path of travel. According to the invention, the endless flexible belt (5) comprises electrically conductive material such that static electricity in the flexible belt (5) is dissipated away from the flexible belt (5). The invention also relates to a paper making machine in which the inventive reel-up is used and to a method of winding a paper web.
