The water supplying apparatus includes a cold water tank (13), a soda water manufacturing unit, a gas tank (18) and a soda water valve. A soda water tank (14) stores soda water. A cold water inlet (142) is disposed at a portion of the soda water tank and cold water flows into the soda water tank through the cold water inlet. A carbon dioxide gas inlet (143) is disposed at another portion of the soda water tank and a carbon dioxide gas flows into the soda water tank through the carbon dioxide gas inlet. A mixing floater (145) mixes the carbon dioxide gas and the cold water flowing into the soda water tank. A soda water draw off hole (144) draws off soda water. A water level sensor (147) senses water level inside the soda water tank.

摘要: A narrow profile carbonator is shown, consisting of a pair of cold drawn sheet metal halves 12, 14. Each half 12, 14 defines corresponding alternating seams and ridges and are welded together around a perimeter there of and along each corresponding seam. When both halves 12, 14 are welded together the ridges define an interior plurality of vertical interior columns, which columns are fluidly interconnected with top and bottom interior channels. The top channel includes a pressure relief valve, a carbon dioxide inlet fitting, a water inlet fitting, and a level sensor fitting for retaining a level sensor. A plurality of carbonated water lines extend from the bottom of the carbonator and up along and closely adjacent a side of the carbonator. The carbonated water lines terminate at a point above the carbonator and provide for direct securing to a beverage dispensing valve. The carbonator is preferably of the integral type and held within the water tank of an ice bank type dispenser or within the ice bin of a cold plate cooled dispenser.

摘要: A carbonated beverage dispenser having a carbonating tank is described. The dispenser is for dispensing beverages comprising a concentrate and a diluent usually carbonated water. The carbonation takes place in the tank by spraying or jetting refrigerated water inside the tank and by spinning a bladed rotor inside the tank so as to intersect said jets or sprays to break up the water into atomized clouds. This is done in a carbon dioxide atmosphere inside the tank and therefore absorption of carbon dioxide takes place rapidly. A magnetic coupling between the bladed rotar and a prime mover outside the tank means that there is no need to make any break in the tank for a drive shaft. The dispenser also has facility to dispense either still water or carbonated water or a mixture depending upon the degree of carbonation required of the diluent.

The water dispenser comprises water supply conduit that is connected with water source, a first and a second tanks that store water supplied from the water supply conduit, a CO2 tank, sparkling water tank, cooling pipe that winds the first tank, the second tank and the CO2 tank, water outlet means, a first water outlet conduit that extends to the water outlet means from the second tank, and a second water outlet conduit that extends to the water outlet means from the second tank. The CO2 tank is disposed near at least one of the first tank and the second tank. According to the present invention, the amount of water that can be supplied increases and the cooling effectiveness of the CO2 tank also improves.

摘要: In a method and a device for cooling and carbonating a liquid (20), carbon dioxide intended for carbonating is also used for cooling, the carbon dioxide being brought to expand in a room (4; 7) which is separate from the liquid (20) but which is thermally connected to the liquid. By the invention it is achieved that an ice bank is formed in the liquid in the area which is adjacent to said expansion room (4; 7) whereby is achieved i.a. better cooling control than in previously known devices where the carbon dioxide also is used for cooling.
