By adding a non-halogenated organophosphorus compound which has a molecular weight over 150 as an additive with an OH group as a functional group, the burning rate becomes the same as that of the present CFC11 foaming agent; in addition, the possibilities of phosphor corrosion by free ionization to the copper pipes (5) which are disposed inside of the insulated structure are eliminated and phosphorus transfer to the plastic board (2) and worries of food contamination are also eliminated.

Die Erfindung beschreibt bei Raumtemperatur lagerbeständige, hitzehärtbare Stoffmischungen, die enthalten oberflächenmodifizierte Polyisocyanate und Verbindungen mit mindestens zwei gegenüber Isocyanatgruppen reaktiven Wasserstoffatomen. In der Stoffmischung liegen die Polyisocyanat in Form von diskreten Teilchen in der Verbindung mit reaktiven Wasserstoffatomen vor, wobei die Polyisocyanatteilchen an ihrer Oberfläche zu 0,1 bis 20 Äquivalentprozent der vorhandenen Isocyanatgruppen mit einem Reaktionsprodukt, hergestellt aus einem Mol vorzugsweise eines aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen und/oder aromatischen Diamins mit 2 bis 32 Kohlenstoffatomen und 1,5 bis 2,5 Molen einer organischen Monocarbonsäure oder deren Anhydrid mit mindestens 6 Kohlenstoffatomen oder einer Arylsulfonsäure desaktiviert sind. Die Stoffmischungen finden insbesondere Verwendung zur Herstellung von Urethan- und/oder Harnstoffgruppen enthaltenden Folien.

This invention relates to copolymer compositions having pigment like properties, comprising a fluorescent or non-fluorescent dye attached to a polyurea or polyurethane chain by a spacer.The invention also provides for new monofunctional dye monomers comprising an isocyanate group attached to a dye moiety by a spacer comprising a urea or urethane group.The polymer pigments provide excellent properties, especially high temperature stability and easy applicability as colorant in different standard polymers.

The invention concerns a method for synthesis in emulsion of masked (poly)isocyanates comprising the following successive steps: a) contacting an isocyanate composition having free isocyanate functions with, at least a masking agent A in the presence of a surfactant B and an aqueous phase, said composition being gradually added on a heel solution comprising at least part of the aqueous phase and at least part of the masking agent; and optionally b) subjecting the resulting mixture to a shearing (shear rate) higher than 1 000 s-1, preferably higher than 20 000 s-1 and less than 1 000 000 s-1, preferably less than 200 000 s-1; and c) repeat step b), optionally after repeating step a) until a stable emulsion is obtained whereof the particles have a Sauter diameter greater than 0.1 νm, preferably 0.2 νm and less than 5 νm, preferably less than 2 νm and dispersion width less than 5 νm.

La présente invention concerne des polyisocyanates masqués, comprenant au moins deux, de préférence au moins trois fonctions isocyanates, caractérisés par le fait qu'ils comportent au moins deux fonctions issues chacune de la réaction d'une fonction isocyanate libre avec un atome à hydrogène mobile d'un composé présentant au moins un cycle à cinq chaînons et à au moins un hétéroatome, ledit cycle présentant au moins une forme mésomère à caractère aromatique et en ce que l'atome par lequel l'hydrogène mobile est rattaché au cycle est choisi parmi les chalcogènes et les éléments de la colonne VB de la classification périodique des éléments telle que publiée dans le supplément au Bulletin de la Société Chimique de France, janvier 1966, n° 1. Ces produits bénéficient d'une bonne stabilité de protection des fonctions isocyanates, d'une faible température de dissociation et d'une dureté correcte à l'état polymérisé et/ou réticulé.
