Waste rubber is shredded, crushed and metal-removed. Modifying composition is added as the particles of shredded waste rubber are poured between two rollers that further crush the particles. The modifying composition is a mixture of a proton donor, an organic acid, an inhibitor a friction agent. The particles are subjected to at least 10 sets of rollers.

Bei einem Verfahren zum Entlackieren von mit Lackschichten versehenen Kunststoffkörpern (2) werden diese zunächst auf eine schüttfähige Teilegröße (5) zerkleinert. Diese Kunststoffteile (5) werden anschließend mit einem die Haftung der darauf befindlichen Lackschichten mindernden Entlackierungsmittel (13, 14) versetzt und mittels einer Förderschnecke (9) umgewälzt. Das Entlackierungsmittel wird dabei von einer Emulsion aus mindestens einem benzylsubstituierten Alkanol (13), einem Alkyl-Glykol-Acetat bzw. N-Alkylpyrolidon mit einer wässerigen Lauge gebildet, die sich nicht vollständig mischen lassen. Das Mischungsverhältnis der einzelnen Bestandteile des Entlackierungsmittels ist dabei so gewählt, daß es im Bereich einer Mischungslücke liegt. Nach erfolgter Einwirkung des Entlackierungsmittels (13, 14) auf die lakkierten Kunststoffteile (5) wird diesem ein Flüssigkeit aufsaugender Feststoff (16) zugesetzt, um die weitere Prozeßführung trocken durchführen zu können. Anschließend werden die Kunststoffteile (5) einer Hammermühle (19) zugeführt, in der die durch das Entlackierungsmittel (13, 14) aufgequollenen Lackschichten der Kunststoffteile (5) abgeschlagen werden.
