    摘要: To produce syngas from reactants that contain carbon, by means of gasification in a fluidised bed reactor (2), firstly a first, low-lying fluidised bed region (7) of the fluidised bed reactor (2) is heated to a first gasification temperature by an external supply of energy. This low-lying fluidised bed region (7) is received in a first, low-lying fluidised bed housing section (4) of a housing (3) of said fluidised bed reactor (2). The first gasification temperature is below a softening temperature of the reactants or their ash, and heating to this first gasification temperature is carried out using a first heating device (12). A second reactor housing section (5), which is higher than the first fluidised bed region, is heated to a second gasification temperature by an external supply of energy, and heating to this second gasification temperature is carried out using a second heating device (18). The reactants are supplied to the first fluidised bed region (7) by means of a supply device (20), and a discharge device (22) is used to discharge the syngas which has been produced. The invention relates to a resulting method and device for producing syngas from reactants that contain carbon, wherein undesired adhesion is reduced or, as far as possible, completely eliminated at standard gasification efficiency, even when using reactants that have critical softening points.

    摘要: A fluid bed reactor has a reaction vessel with a compartment configured to process a reactive material to form one or more products. Attached to the reaction vessel is at least one heat transfer module which includes a pulse combustor and an associated acoustic chamber. The pulse combustor has at least one tailpipe that terminates in its associated acoustic chamber. Flue gases exiting the tailpipe(s) pass from the acoustic chamber, through a wall separating the acoustic chamber from the reactor vessel and into heat transfer tubes that protrude into a compartment of the reactor vessel. Feedstock inlets are configured to introduce the reactive material into a region that is vertically between the first and second clusters of heat transfer tubes. The heat transfer tubes have an annular construction such that the flue gases pass through an inner shield tube in a direction away from the wall, turn around, and return in a direction towards the wall where they are directed to a manifold. A first cluster of heating conduits at least partially occupies the compartment and extends over a first vertical extent within the compartment. A second cluster of heating conduits partially occupies the compartment and extends over a second vertical extent within the compartment. The first cluster of heating conduits is vertically below the second cluster of heating conduits and spaced apart therefrom by a first separation distance.

According to said method, materials containing carbon are allothermically gasified in a fluidised bed which contains particles of solid matter, using a gaseous gasification agent and the addition of heat and the gases thus produced are then extracted separately from the solid-matter particles. The method is characterised in that the solid-matter particles are indirectly heated in a first descending bed and are fed to a second ascending fluidised bed, in which the fluidised bed effect is formed and the main part of the gasification process takes place. The invention also relates to a device for carrying out said method.
