The invention relates to a thermofusible textile fabric which can especially be used as a fusible interfacing in the textile industry and comprises a nonwoven textile carrier layer to which a soft two-layer adhesive structure comprising a bonding agent and a thermoplastic polymer is applied. The thermofusible textile fabric is easy and cost-effective to produce, is characterized by excellent properties, such as good elasticity, good adhesive strength, good handle and a pleasant appearance, and is obtained by a method which comprises the following steps: a) making a carrier layer available, b) applying a mixture of the bonding agent and the thermoplastic polymer to selected areas of the carrier layer and c) temperature treatment of the carrier layer, obtained in step b) and comprising the mixture, for drying and optionally cross-linking the bonding agent, and for sintering the thermoplastic polymer onto or together with the surface of the carrier layer.
摘要:
A resin cultivating base serves as seedling beds for vegetation which are planted and are partially immersed in a river, lake, marsh, pond or waterway. The resin cultivating base is a three-dimensional structure constituted by long and short filaments of thermoplastic resin. The long and short filaments are curled or looped at random, and contacted, entwined and gathered, thereby forming a low density portion and a high density portion. Vegetables planted on the low density portion of the resin cultivating base suck nutritious salt such as phosphor and nitride. Microorganisms living in the resin cultivating base decompose organisms in the water, thereby purifying the water.

Disclosed herein is a fibrous nonwoven composite structure more commonly referred to as a coform structure. Unlike current coform structures, the material of the present invention is more water-dispersible due to the use of a water-degradable reinforcing fiber matrix.
摘要:
A textile composite material is used to stabilise, consolidate or reinforce the ground and earth layers. It may also be used as load-carrying draining or filtering layer and has at least one non-woven (1). The disadvantage of nonwovens and composite materials made of various plastic nonwovens lies in their limited load-carrying capacity. In order to create an economic textile composite material with at least one nonwoven having a high tear resistance in a main load direction and capable of absorbing high tensile forces without unduly stretching, exclusively parallel, straight, load-carrying plastic filament yarns (2) are knitted, sewed or Rachel knitted on the nonwoven (1).

The invention relates to a fusible textile fabric which can especially be used as a fusible interfacing in the textile industry and comprises a nonwoven carrier layer, and which is bonded in selected areas by means of a bonding agent and unbonded in the remaining areas, at least sections of the carrier layer being provided on at least one side with an adhesive coating. The fusible textile fabric is easy and cost-effective to produce, is characterized by excellent properties, such as good elasticity, good adhesive strength, good handle and a pleasant appearance, and is obtained by a method which comprises the following steps: producing a fiber web from fibers on a laying device in a manner known per se, applying a mixture of a bonding agent and a thermoplastic polymer to selected areas of the fiber web and temperature treatment of the fiber web obtained in step b) for drying and bonding fibers of the fiber web by means of the bonding agent to give a nonwoven and optionally cross-linking the bonding agent, and for sintering the thermoplastic polymer onto or together with the surface of the nonwoven.
