    摘要: An aircraft hydraulic thermal management system (10) utilizes fuel to cool hydraulic fluid (18) by means of a heat exchanger (16). A hydraulic pump (20) includes a case drain flow (25) of hydraulic fluid (18) at a first temperature T1 to drive a hydraulic motor (40); the hydraulic motor (40) circulates hydraulic fluid (18) to a reservoir (22) at a second temperature T2. The heat exchanger (16) is positioned remotely of the fuel tank (70), and has first and second channels (52, 54) positioned in thermal communication to transfer heat from the hydraulic fluid (18) to the fuel. The hydraulic motor (40) is mechanically coupled to the fuel pump (60); the hydraulic motor (40), driven by case drain flow (25) through the first channel (52), thus operates the fuel pump (60) to move fuel through the second channel (54). The thermal management system (10) is configured to assure that a) the hydraulic pump (20) circulates hydraulic fluid (18) to the reservoir (22) at the second temperature T2, and b) the second temperature T2 is always lower than the first temperature T1.

    摘要: When the passing of coolant in an internal combustion engine (1) is restricted to accelerate the warm-up of the internal combustion engine (1) and the coolant in this engine (1) is undergoing nucleate boiling, the restriction of the passing of the coolant in the internal engine (1) is maintained. Specifically, the restriction of the passing of the coolant in the internal combustion engine (1) is maintained during nucleate boiling from the beginning of nucleate boiling of the coolant in the internal combustion engine (1) until the maintenance period has elapsed. Thus, the warm-up of the internal combustion engine (1) is effectively accelerated by restricting the passing of the coolant in the engine (1). Furthermore, the restriction of the passing of the coolant in the internal combustion engine (1) is canceled when the maintenance period has elapsed. Thus, low-temperature coolant flows in the internal combustion engine (1) and the internal combustion engine (1) is cooled by this coolant, so nucleate boiling of the coolant in the engine (1) is suppressed.

    摘要: Provided is a vehicle cooling device that is easily downsizable and unlikely to increase power consumption. The vehicle cooling device is provided with a pump, a plurality of circulation paths connected to the pump for circulating coolant between a vehicle's object of cooling and a heat exchanger, a solenoid valve capable of opening and closing at least one of the plurality of circulation paths, and a control unit for controlling the operation of the pump. The solenoid valve includes a valve body that is movable between a position in which the valve body is separated from a valve seat and a position in which the valve body is in abutment with the valve seat, the valve body being held in abutment with the valve seat, and a solenoid capable of maintaining the abutment between the valve body and the valve seat due to energization thereof. The valve body is provided in a manner that allows the fluid pressure of the coolant to move the valve body to the position in which the valve body is separated from the valve seat when the solenoid is not energized and the pump is in operation, and the control unit is configured to be able to perform controlling to stop the pump and start energization of the solenoid when determining that conditions are ready for stopping the circulation of the coolant through the circulation path in which the solenoid valve is disposed.
