摘要: Provided is a fluid control valve that facilitates a reduction in size while securing a valve closing force for shutting off the flow of a fluid. A fluid control valve includes a plate-shaped stationary yoke (9) in which a passage hole (3) for a fluid is provided and which has a valve seat (4) around the passage hole (3), a magnetic valve disc (7) capable of controlling the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the passage hole (3) by coming into contact with and separating from the valve seat (4), and an electromagnetic coil (10) that is attached to the stationary yoke (9), with a coil axis (Y) extending in a direction different from a moving direction of the valve disc (7), so as to generate a magnetic field in the stationary yoke (9) and cause the valve disc (7) to be attracted to the valve seat (4).

摘要: To construct a cooling system at a reduced cost which may restrain overheat of an internal combustion engine even in a case where a valve for controlling a cooling medium is broken down. A first flow passage supplying the cooling medium of the internal combustion engine to a radiator and a second flow passage branching from the first flow passage by a flow control valve to supply the cooling medium to a first heat exchanging portion are provided. In addition, a third flow passage provided separately from the first flow passage to supply the cooling medium to a second heat exchanging portion via an on-off valve is provided. A control apparatus controlling the on-off valve and the flow control valve based on a temperature of the cooling medium is provided.

The inflow channel is formed through the core of the solenoid so that the core and the fluid comes into contact with each other in the inflow channel.

摘要: Provided is a control valve that hardly generates noise from vibration applied thereto, while achieving compactization and power consumption saving of the valve. The valve is incorporated in a coolant circulatory passageway for circulating coolant between an engine and a heat exchanger via a pump. The valve includes a main body having a coolant channel and a valve seat, a valve body movable between a position away from the valve seat and a position in contact with the valve seat, and a solenoid configured to cause the valve body to be adhered to the valve seat with a magnetic force generated in response to supply of electric power thereto. The control valve is configured such that the power supply to the solenoid is started when an ignition key of the engine is under its ON state and the pump is stopped.
