In a fuel injector 10, a distal end portion is fitted into a mounting member. A fuel joint 20 having a connecting pipe portion 22 is liquid-tightly connected to a proximal portion of the injector 10. A joint pressing member 30 which restricts the displacement of the fuel joint 20 in the direction away from the mounting member is provided. The joint pressing member 30 is fixed by fastening to the mounting member. The injector 10 is fixed to the mounting member by restricting the displacement of the fuel joint 20 by the joint pressing member 30. The injector 10 and the fuel joint 20 can be attached to each other at differing angles, to provide an injector assembly which can be easily used in common by vehicles having different specifications.
