摘要:
An object is to provide an electric supercharging device that has a high degree of freedom in layout and can suppress the generation of heat from an electric motor. The electric supercharging device 1 includes an electric motor 2, a compressor 3 that supercharges intake air for a vehicle engine, a hydraulic accelerator 10 that accelerates the rotation of the electric motor 2 and transmits the rotation to the compressor 3, and rotation speed adjustment means 4 that controls the rotation speed of the electric motor 2 and an acceleration ratio of the hydraulic accelerator 10 and adjusts the rotation speed of the compressor 3. The hydraulic accelerator 10 includes a variable displacement hydraulic pump 12 that is connected to the electric motor 2 and is driven by the electric motor 2, a variable displacement hydraulic motor 14 that is connected to the compressor 3 and is driven by hydraulic oil supplied from the hydraulic pump 12, and a hydraulic circuit 13 that is formed by the connection between the hydraulic pump 12 and the hydraulic motor 14.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a small, light coolant-pump device equipped with a filter, said coolant-pump device not requiring regular maintenance. The present invention is provided with: a positive-displacement pump (9); a cyclone filter (12) provided on the intake side of the positive-displacement pump; and a non-positive-displacement pump (40) provided on the intake side of the cyclone filter (12). The cyclone filter (12) contains a primary cyclone (20) and a secondary cyclone (30) each provided with a mechanism (outlet (20c and 30c)) through which separated foreign substances (cutting debris and the like) are expelled. The present invention is set such that the discharge rate of the non-positive-displacement pump (40) is higher than the discharge rate of the positive-displacement pump (9).The positive-displacement pump (9), cyclone filter (12), and non-positive-displacement pump (40) are connected in a vertical straight line.

A pumping arrangement for pumping a liquid product (10), such as oil products or liquefied gas, from a tank or container (11) comprises a rotary, high capacity main pump (12), such as a centrifugal pump, to be submerged in the liquid product. The main pump (12) is driven by an electric motor or another rotary driving motor (17) via a driving shaft (24). The driving motor (17) may be positioned above the upper liquid level. The pumping arrangement further comprises an auxiliary positive pump (29), such as a piston pump, for pumping a residual amount of said liquid product from the tank or container, and means (42, 43) for selectively drivingly interconnecting the auxiliary pump (29) to the driving shaft (24) of the main pump (12). Thus, the auxiliary pump may be driven by the same motor as the main pump. The means for selectively connecting the auxiliary pump to and disconnecting the auxiliary pump from the driving shaft of the main pump may comprise a ratchet device and may be activated by reversing the direction of rotation of the driving shaft.
