    摘要: As compared to a single-axis actuator in which a ball returning passage of a ball screw mechanism is made of a circulating tube, the cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of a threaded shaft of a slider can be made small, when the diameter of the outer circumferential circle of the threaded shaft of the present invention is same as that of the circulating tube type, and the load capacity can be made large, when the size in the longitudinal direction of the threaded shaft of the slider of the present invention is same as that of the circulating tube type.. The ball returning passage for returning the balls (4) of a ball screw mechanism from an end point to a start point of a raceway encompasses: a through hole (24) penetrating through a slider (2) in a longitudinal direction of a threaded shaft (3) ; and end deflectors (6). Each of the end deflector (6) has a direction changing passage to be connected with the through hole (24). A main body (61) of the end deflector (6) is fit into a notch part (26) arranged on each of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the threaded shaft (3) of a slider body (2A).

    摘要: Bei einem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung umfaßt eine Linearführungseinrichtung eine Führungsbasis (1), auf der eine Läuferbaugruppe (9) in Richtung einer Längsachse (5) der Führungsbasis (1) beweglich geführt ist. Zum Antrieb der Läuferbaugruppe (9) längs der Längsachse (5) ist eine Antriebsspindel (13) vorgesehen, mit der eine Mutter (15) in Gewindeeingriff steht, die unverdrehbar mit der Läuferbaugruppe (9) verbunden ist. Zur zusätzlichen Abstützung der Antriebsspindel (13) ist beidseits der Läuferbaugruppe (9) je eine Spindelunterstützungseinheit (27 1 , 29 1 ) vorgesehen. Ein in einer endlosen Schleife verlaufendes Zugseil (31) verbindet die beiden Spindelunterstützungseinheiten (27 1 , 29 1 ) , wobei es an den Enden der Führungsbasis (1) umgelenkt ist. Das Zugseil (31) ist beweglich an der Läuferbaugruppe (9) vorbeigeführt, so daß die Spindelunterstützungseinheiten (27 1 , 29 1 ) durch Anschlag der Läuferbaugruppe (9) an jeweils einer der beiden Spindelunterstützungseinheiten (27 1 , 29 1 ) längs der Längsachse (5) verstellbar sind.

    摘要: Rotary motion of a ball screw (36) is converted by a feed nut (60) into rectilinear motion to allow a displacement mechanism (38) to make rectilinear motion. When the ball screw (36) involves axial deviation, then an engagement member (68) slides in a direction of the arrow C with respect to a nut holder (64) by the aid of a first guide mechanism (72), and a second sliding guide (76) slides in a direction of the arrow B with respect to the engagement member (68) by the aid of a second guide mechanism (80). Accordingly, even when the ball screw (36) involves axial deviation with respect to the second sliding guide (76), the sliding resistance is not increased between the second sliding guide (76) and a frame (32) of an actuator (30). Therefore, even when there is any axial deviation between the ball screw (36) and the frame (32), there is no fear of obstructing the displacement action of a displacement member (84).
