According to the invention, the number of teeth (N1, N2) pertaining to the the large (4, 4A) and small (6, 6A) stepped wheels making up the stepped planet wheels is chosen in such a way that the number of teeth pertaining to the large stepped wheels (4, 4A) cannot be divided up into a whole number by the number of teeth belonging to the small stepped wheels (6, 6A). Radial adjustment of the sun wheel is exclusively possible by rotating the stepped planet wheels (4, 6) in various positions during mounting. With such a planetary gearing, it is possible to have an extremely low-backlash output drive stage, with high input speeds, with the gearing running overall in a low-noise manner, in which output drive stage the backlash can easily be adjusted, even after long running times. The adjustment is carried out by axial movement of the planet gears (11) with respect to the annular gear (14) and the sun gear (10) in which they engage.
