    摘要: Disclosed are a valve needle and an electronic expansion valve having the valve needle. The valve needle (10) is provided with a connecting end (11) and a blocking end (12) that are arranged opposite to each other; the blocking end includes a blocking segment (121), a first opening segment (122), and a second opening segment (123) that are sequentially connected in an axial direction; the blocking segment cooperates with a valve port (21) to block the valve port; a cross sectional area of the blocking segment close to the connecting end is greater than a cross sectional area of the blocking segment distant from the connecting end; a cross sectional area of the second opening segment close to the connecting end is greater than a cross sectional area of the second opening segment distant from the connecting end; the cross sectional area of the blocking segment distant from the connecting end is greater than the cross sectional area of the second opening segment close to the connecting end; and a cross sectional area of the first opening segment remains unchanged. The electronic expansion valve may solve the problem in the related art that a flow rate of a refrigerant cannot be accurately controlled when the electronic expansion valve remains a small opening.

    摘要: A high pressure valve includes a lever and a variable force generator for facilitating control of opening and closing the valve at high pressures. The high pressure valve includes a housing having a chamber providing fluid communication between a first port and a second port, a pin movable within the chamber between an open position and a closed position. A first end of a lever is coupled to the pin and a second end of the lever is coupled to a variable force generator. The lever pivots about a pivot point. A controller coupled to the variable force generator is configured to adjust a force applied to the second end of the lever by the variable force generator to control the movement of the pin between the open position and the closed position.

A poppet body is formed of a polymeric material and configured to engage the internal tapered sealing surface of the valve seat element. The poppet body moves between a first position at which the poppet body sealingly engages the tapered sealing surface of the valve seat element and a second position at which the poppet body is separate from the inner taper of the valve seat member.

    摘要: A regulating valve for flow control of a medium in a heating or cooling system includes a valve body including an inlet connection, an outlet connection, and a valve neck in which a valve seat and a flow through opening are provided. In the valve neck, a complete valve trim and a valve hand wheel are provided. The valve body includes a first cone to determine the preset (Kvs-value) of the maximal flow through the complete regulating valve. The first cone has at least one opening for flowing through of the medium, where the design of the opening determines the regulating characteristic of the complete regulating valve, and where the Kvs-value of the valve is changed continuously, with maintained regulating characteristic. The first cone is arranged continuously, axially displaceable relative the valve seat, whereby selected parts of the opening of the first cone are shielded by the valve seat.
