In order to provide a pulverized coal burner for an oxyfuel combustion boiler which attains uniform combustion from a pulverized coal burner and which constrains a temperature rise of an oxygen injection nozzle, burner inner and outer cylinders are arranged to penetrate a wind box 2 and come close to a throat portion 3. A pulverized coal feed passage 9 is provided between the burner inner and outer cylinders 4 and 5. A plurality of oxygen injection means 11 are arranged outwardly of the burner outer cylinder 4 so as to directly feed oxygen ahead of the burner outer cylinder 4.

The present disclosure provides a method for distributing gas for oxy-fuel combustion on a circulating fluidized bed. In the method, the gas is provided by three stages into a furnace of the circulating fluidized bed, the method includes: blowing in a first-stage gas containing oxygen and recycled flue gas from the bottom of the furnace; blowing in a second-stage gas containing recycled flue gas from a transition zone between a dense-phase zone and a dilute-phase zone of the furnace; and blowing in a third-stage gas containing oxygen from a side wall of the furnace. The present disclosure realizes stable combustion inside the furnace of the circulating fluidized bed in high oxygen concentration, thus avoiding the problem of localized high temperature caused by the high oxygen concentration, and solving the safety problem of transporting a mixture of oxygen and recycled flue gas having high oxygen concentration.

Um die Effizienz bei der Verbrennung des Sekundärbrennstoffs im Ofen zu verbessern wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, ein sekundäres Oxidationsmittel in Form von Flüssigsauerstoff zuzuführen, der vor oder während des Eintrags in den Ofenraum unterkühlt wird. Dadurch kann der Sauerstoff als Flüssigkeitsstrahl sehr tief in den Ofenraum eingetragen werden.

Gezeigt wird ein Brenner ohne Vormischung mit einer Glühzündung (12), insbesondere ein Sauerstoffbrenner für metallurgische Anwendungen. Um den Wartungsaufwand für den Zündapparat zu reduzieren ist die Zündeinrichtung (12) innerhalb einer Brennstoffzuführung (4) des Brenners angeordnet und weist einen Zuführkanal (13) für Oxidationsmittel und ein vorzugsweise elektrisch betriebenes Heizelement (12) auf. Zur Zündung wird ein Teilstrom des für den Betrieb des Brenners eingesetzten Oxidationsmittels zum Heizelement (12) geleitet, auf eine hohe Temperatur gebracht und mit einem Teilstrom des Brennstoffs in der Brennstoffzuführung (4) zu einem Teilstromgemisch vermischt, das daraufhin unter Ausbildung von Flammen zündet. Die Flammen werden zum Brennermund (3) ausgetragen und entzünden dort die Hauptströme von Brennstoff und Oxidationsmittel. Verschmutzungen durch Schlackenspritzer und dergleichen werden dadurch vermieden, bzw. reduziert.
