    摘要: An expansion valve (2) for a vapour compression system (1) and a vapour compression system (1) are disclosed. The expansion valve (1) comprises a valve element (9), a valve seat (13) as well as a biasing member (12). The valve element (9) and the valve seat (13) are arranged in a first fluid passage (6) of the expansion valve (2). The expansion valve (2) further comprises a shape memory alloy actuator (17) that exerts a force on the valve element towards an open valve position when the shape memory alloy actuator is heated by an electric current. The object of the invention is to provide an expansion valve for a vapour compression system of the above type that maybe controlled externally but is also self-regulating. To this end the shape memory alloy actuator (17) is arranged in a second fluid passage (7) of the expansion valve (2), wherein the shape memory alloy actuator (17) is arranged to be in thermal contact with the fluid in the second fluid passage (7), such that the shape memory alloy actuator also actuates the valve element (9) towards a closed valve position when the shape memory actuator (17) is cooled by the fluid in the second fluid passage (7).

    摘要: The circulation circuit used for an air-conditioning system for a vehicle. The circulation circuit is provided with a variable capacity type compressor, a condenser, a variable orifice device, an evaporator 4, and an accumulator 5 interposed between the evaporator 4 and the compressor 1. The accumulator 5 is used also as a silencer for preventing noise caused due to the self-excited vibration of the internal mechanism of the compressor. The variable orifice device is used as a pressure reducing device and is capable of varying the cross-sectional area of a restricted path provided therein in response to the temperature of the coolant passing through the restricted path. Therefore, it is possible to change the pressure reducing ability in accordance with the change of the flowing rate of the coolant.

In diesem Mantelraum befindet sich ein Füllungsmedium (18) im gesättigten Zustand. Dieses Füllungs­medium ist mit Hilfe eines Heizelements aufheizbar zur Erzeu­gung eines gewünschten Dampfdruckes und zur Veränderung der Form des elastischen Mittelstückes. Die Formänderung des ela­stischen Mittelstückes wird mit Hilfe eines induktiven oder kapazitiven Gebers (25) erfaßt. Die Meßsignale des Gebers werden zur Steuerung bzw. Regelung des Ventils ausgewertet.

    摘要: The invention relates to an electronically operated control valve, for refrigeration and heating applications, comprising a main tube with two end pieces serving as inlet and outlet and an elastic part piece, which may be pressurised by an enclosing chamber to change the shape and hence flow cross-section thereof. Said enclosing chamber is filled with a filling medium, the pressure of which is dependent on the temperature thereof and which cooperates with an electronically operated pressure regulation device. The enclosing chamber (12) is formed between an extension (14) of the main tube (2) and a perforated support tube (16). The elastic part piece is made up of a hose (8), fixed and sealed at the end between the extension and the support tube. The pressure control device is embodied as a separate pressure generator (10) connected to the enclosing chamber (12) by means of a connector tube(18).
