Provided are a device and a method for corrosive environment monitoring which have high measurement precision and enable visual observation. The corrosive environment monitoring device includes a housing, a first thin-film metal, a second thin-film metal, and terminals. The housing has an opening in one side thereof. The other sides of the housing than the one side are sealed to form space inside the housing. The first thin-film metal extends in a direction from the bottom of the space toward the opening. The first thin-film metal is resistant to corrosion by a corrosive substance and serves as a supporting member. The second thin-film metal extends in the space in a direction from the bottom of the space toward the opening and is supported by the first thin-film metal. The second thin-film metal is susceptible to corrosion by the corrosive substance and serves as a measuring member. The terminals are disposed at both ends of the first thin-film metal, where an external voltage is to be applied to the terminals. The first thin-film metal includes one first thin-film metal extending in a direction from the bottom of the space toward the opening. The second thin-film metal is disposed on one or both sides of the one first thin-film metal and extends in the space in a direction from the bottom toward the opening.

The invention relates to a device (1; 2; 3; 4; 5) for carrying out an integrity test on a sample of single-use components, comprising a medium chamber (10) with an outwardly defined inner chamber (11) for receiving a culture medium, and a sample holder (20) in which the sample (100) can be arranged in such a way that the sample (100) defines the medium chamber (10) at least partially outwards. Said medium chamber (10) comprises a bleed line (19) which is arranged on one side of the medium chamber (10) facing away from the sample holder (20).

An environmental chamber system and a method for testing a device under test (DUT) include an environmental chamber in which the DUT can be tested. A temperature sensor senses temperature of the DUT, the temperature sensor generating a signal indicative of temperature of the DUT. A controller receives at least one input signal related to at least one of temperature and humidity in the chamber and the signal indicative of temperature of the DUT and provides at least one control signal for adjusting at least one of temperature and humidity in the chamber, such that the temperature of the DUT is not below a dew point of an environment in the chamber in a region of the chamber near the DUT, such that condensation in the environment in the chamber in the region near the DUT does not occur.

An object of the present invention is to provide an environment testing apparatus capable of achieving, on the surface of a test object, a stable condensation status with less variation in the condensation amount than that of already existing-art. The environment testing apparatus 100 includes a regulator 4. On the basis of a signal from a condensation amount sensor 9, the regulator 4 controls the temperature of a cooling/heating plate 6 between a deviation-added value of the wet bulb temperature obtained from the wet bulb 11, and a deviation-added value of the dew-point temperature inside the test chamber 1.
