摘要: A light guide system includes a substrate with multiple light sources connected to the substrate. Multiple zones are individually positioned each proximate to one of the light sources. Each of the multiple zones includes a translucent area back-lit by energizing one of the light sources. A polymeric material is applied onto individual pairs defined by one of the multiple light sources and one of the multiple zones. The polymeric material after subsequent curing defines a light guide for each of the pairs for transmission of light generated by the light source of each pair. A reflective coating is applied onto the at least one external facing surface of the light guide, the reflective coating defining a material different from the polymeric material.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the field of display technology, and provides a backlight source and a display device, which address the problem that the misalignment readily occurring between the LED strip and the light guide plate results in a light leakage in the light-emitting diodes and hence a reduced performance of the display device. A backlight source comprises a scattering substrate and a light-emitting diode strip, wherein the light-emitting diode strip comprises a circuit board and light-emitting diodes arranged at intervals on the circuit board, and the scattering substrate comprises recesses at a side corresponding to the light-emitting diode strip that correspond one-to-one with the light-emitting diodes, the light-emitting diodes embedded into the recesses. A display device comprises the backlight.
