The present invention relates to a projection system especially intended for projecting three-dimensional representations on a viewing device (8, 12), where the representations submitted to the watcher's eye are put in relation with the respective point where said watcher stands (6, 7), to whom sensors are allocated for locating his or her relative position, so that he or she sees on the viewing device an image virtually represented in space in relation to his or her position. In order to allow for the various three-dimensional representations to be viewed by many watchers on the same viewing device, the system projects several image representations simultaneously, each corresponding to the watcher's relative position. Each watcher is allocated image separating means which enable his or her access to image representations corresponding to the place where he or she stands. With the inventive system a projection of virtual objects is obtained which is closed to a holographic representation, including in a stereoscopic representation.

Vesicular images are formed by thermal imaging of imageable layers containing thermally imageable vesicular imaging compositions. The vesicular images can be used as masks for imaging printing plate precursors. In one aspect, the printing plate precursor is an assemblage comprising a flexible substrate; a photosensitive layer that contains a negative working photosensitive composition; an optional barrier layer; and the imageable layer. The imageable layer is thermally imaged to produce an integral mask. Blanket exposure through the mask with ultraviolet and/or visible radiation followed by development produces a printing plate. The method is especially suited for the production of flexographic printing plates.

A hologram production method comprising steps in which a specific image-converting apparatus, specific hologram exposure apparatus, and specific processor are used, wherein the exposure apparatus is of the type in which partial element holograms are formed on a photosensitive material (1A) by exposing the photosensitive material while moving the exposure head (10A) to continuously scan in a recording direction X and intermittently conveying the photosensitive material in a direction Y, and employs an exposure light source (23) which intermittently illuminates at a frequency of 100 Hz or higher for a period of 1 µs or shorter so as to interlock with an image displayed on an SLM (24). The photosensitive material (1A) is a silver halide photosensitive material having specific features as described in the specification.
