    摘要： Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen flexiblen Flachleiter mit mindestens zwei elektrisch leitenden Schichten, die von einer elektrisch isolierenden Umhüllung wenigstens teilweise umgeben sind, wobei die elektrisch leitenden Schichten durch mindestens eine zwischen ihnen angeordnete dielektrische Schicht voneinander isoliert sind. Weiterhin bezieht sich die Erfindung auf ein Netzteil, das einen derartigen flexiblen Flachleiter aufweist. Um einen verbesserten flexiblen Flachleiter sowie ein Netzgerät mit einem derartigen Flachleiter anzugeben, bei dem die Filterung verbessert werden kann, der Platzbedarf reduziert werden kann und gleichzeitig die Herstellungskosten gesenkt werden können, ist mindestens eine erste der elektrisch leitenden Schichten in mindestens einem Teilbereich durch Aussparungen so strukturiert, dass eine Vielzahl von Mäanderelementen gebildet ist, wobei die Mäanderelemente in einer durch den Flachleiter definierten Ebene seriell aneinandergereiht sind, um eine Filterstruktur auszubilden.

In transverse cross section, cover portions of the shielding films substantially surround each conductor set, and pinched portions of the films form pinched portions of the cable on each side of each conductor set. Dense packing is achieved while maintaining high frequency electrical isolation between conductor sets. When the cable is laid flat, a center-to-center spacing of the pair of insulated conductors (1606) for the first conductor set (1604a) is σ1 and a center-to-center spacing of the first and second conductor sets (1604a, 1604b) is Σ, and wherein Σ/σ1 is in a range from 2.5 to 3.

Each conductor set extending along a length of the cable and includes two or more insulated conductors, each insulated conductor including a central conductor surrounded by a dielectric material that includes polyolefin, a brominated flame retardant, and antimony trioxide. First and second conductive shielding films are disposed on opposite first and second sides of the conductor set, including cover portions and pinched portions arranged such that, in transverse cross section, the cover portions of the first and second shielding films in combination substantially surround the conductor set, and the pinched portions of the first and second shielding films in combination form pinched portions of the conductor set on each side of the conductor set. The cable includes an adhesive layer bonding the first shielding film to the second shielding film in the pinched portions of the conductor set.
