Abstract:
Abstract:
This terminal connection structure for an electric cable is provided with: a first terminal (5) that connects at a location where an inner conductor (2) is exposed by peeling off a first insulation cover (21); a cylindrical second terminal (6) that surrounds the outer periphery of the first terminal (5), and connects at a location where an outer conductor (3) is exposed by peeling off a second insulation cover (31); and a housing member (7) that surrounds the outer periphery of the first terminal (5), surrounds the outer periphery of the second terminal (6), and coaxially separates and accommodates the first terminal (5) and the second terminal (6).
Abstract:
[Problem] Objects of the invention are to provide a cable assembly with reduced characteristic impedance at a protruding end portion of a first wire of a cable and configured for easy manufacture, and to provide a method for manufacturing the cable assembly. [Configuration] A cable assembly A1 includes a terminal 400a, a cable 100, and an electroconductive member 200. The cable 100 includes an outer insulator 100, a shield conductor 120 inside the outer insulator 110, and at least one first wire 130a being a signal wire inside the shield conductor 120. The first wire 130a includes a protruding portion Pa protruding in the Y-Y' direction from the shield conductor 120 and the outer insulator 110. The electroconductive member 200 is an electroconductive plate or electroconductive tape wound around at least a part in the Y-Y' direction of the protruding portion Pa.
Abstract:
A power connector, comprising a power line (11), a power supply connector plug (12), a power supply connector socket (13) and a structural member (14). The power line comprises, at one end connected to the power supply connector plug, a power supply cable shielding wire (111) formed by a power line shielding layer and a power supply wire (112) separated from the shielding layer. The power supply connector plug comprises a shielding wire storage region for storing the power supply cable shielding wire, a metallic screw (122) for fixing the power supply cable shielding wire, two metallic elastic sheets (123) connected to the structural member, and two metallic sheets (124) connected to the two metallic elastic sheets respectively; the two metallic sheets and the two metallic elastic sheets are located on both sides of the power supply connector plug respectively; the metallic screw is located on one side of the power supply connector plug and is connected to one of the metallic sheets of the power supply cable shielding wire in the shielding wire storage region; and the other metallic sheet extends to an inner wall of the power supply cable shielding wire storage region and is connected to the power supply cable shielding wire after the metallic screw is tightened.
