摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a battery cell, a battery, an electric apparatus, and a preparation method and device of battery cell. The battery cell includes: a hexahedral housing, where the hexahedral housing has a first wall and a second wall oppositely arranged, the first wall is provided with a positive electrode terminal, and the second wall is provided with a negative electrode terminal; and a cylindrical electrode assembly arranged in the housing, where the axial direction of the cylindrical electrode assembly is perpendicular to the first wall or the second wall, a positive electrode tab of the cylindrical electrode assembly is arranged at a first end of the cylindrical electrode assembly and connected to the positive electrode terminal, and a negative electrode tab of the cylindrical electrode assembly is arranged at a second end of the cylindrical electrode assembly and connected to the negative electrode terminal. The battery cell provided in this application can reduce the heat diffusion of the battery cell in a case of thermal runaway, improve the safety of the battery cell, and prolong the service life of the battery.

摘要: A battery has: an electrode body; a positive electrode foil and a negative electrode foil provided at surfaces of the electrode body; a metal exterior body pair formed from a positive electrode metal exterior body that contacts the positive electrode foil and a negative electrode metal exterior body that contacts the negative electrode foil; and resins that fix the electrode body and the metal exterior body pair. Outer surfaces of the metal exterior body pair are exposed so as to enable electrical connection with an exterior. At least one of the positive electrode metal exterior body or the negative electrode metal exterior body is shaped as a box having a bottom plate that is quadrilateral and four side plates that each share one side with the bottom plate, and accommodates the electrode body at an inner side of the box shape. The positive electrode metal exterior body, the negative electrode metal exterior body, and side surfaces of the electrode body are respectively insulated by the resins.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an external cladding film, an energy storage device and an electrical equipment. The energy storage device includes an external cladding film and a housing. The external cladding film includes two side film sections. Each side film section has a first cut groove and a second cut groove. The first cut groove and the second cut groove both penetrate through the side film section along a thickness direction of the side film section, and penetrate through an outer edge of the side film section. A bottom surface of the first cut groove and a bottom surface of the second cut groove are both spaced from inner edges of the side film sections. Each side film section has a first oblique crease and a second oblique crease. A first free end of the first oblique crease intersects with a side surface of the first cut groove. A distance between the first free end and the bottom surface of the first cut groove is greater than 0. The use of external cladding film to cover the housing is less prone to misalignment, ensuring a consistency of the energy storage device and helping to improve a service life of the electrical equipment.
