摘要: A thin type stacked battery includes battery pack formed by a plurality of stacked unit cells, each formed by positive electrode current collector, positive electrode, electrolyte, negative electrode, and negative electrode current collector stacked in that order, and seal material. The positive electrode current collector of one unit cell, the negative electrode current collector of another unit cell, and the seal material function as an exterior body surrounding a surrounded part. At least one of the positive electrode current collector of one unit cell and the negative electrode current collector of the other unit cell has a metal layer. At least the negative electrode current collector of one unit cell and the positive electrode current collector of the other unit cell have resin layers.

摘要: A battery includes a battery element, a housing body, and a valve device. The housing body is constituted by at least one laminate and includes an interior space in which the battery element is housed, a first housing portion that covers the interior space from a first side in a thickness direction of the battery, and a second housing portion that covers the interior space from a second side that is opposite to the first side in the thickness direction of the battery. The valve device is attached to the housing body and can make the interior space of the housing body be in communication with an external space. A joined edge portion is formed in the housing body as a result of the first housing portion and the second housing portion being fused along respective peripheral edge portions. The valve device is at least partially sandwiched between the first housing portion and the second housing portion in the joined edge portion. The first housing portion includes a bulge portion that is arranged on an inner side of an inner edge of the joined edge portion and bulges toward the first side with respect to the joined edge portion. An inner end of the valve device is located on an outer side of an outer edge of the bulge portion.

The lead film has a dented portion recessed in an outer direction of the battery case, the dented portion is open toward the inside of the battery case, the sealing portion located on a gas discharge portion of the dented portion has an indented sealing portion recessed inward at an outer side of the battery case, and the indented sealing portion does not overlap with at least a part of the gas discharge portion on a plane.

The sealing portion includes a first adhesive portion adhered to the current collector, a second adhesive portion adhered to the current collector, a first reinforcing portion bonded to the first adhesive portion, a second reinforcing portion bonded to the second adhesive portion, and an end surface welded portion. A water vapour transmission rate of the end surface welded portion is less than a water vapour transmission rate of the first adhesive portion and a water vapour transmission rate of the second adhesive portion.
