摘要: An embodiment of the present invention relates to a cylindrical secondary battery in which a positive electrode terminal is adhered and fixed toa cylindrical can by an insulating sheet, and thus sealing between the cylindrical can and the positive electrode terminal can be facilitated due to an increased contact area. Disclosed in an embodiment is a cylindrical secondary battery comprising an electrode assembly that has a positive electrode plate, a separator, and a negative electrode plate, a cylindrical can that has the electrode assembly accommodated therein and a lower end thereof open, and is electrically connected to the negative electrode plate, a positive electrode terminal that penetrates the upper surface of the cylindrical can to be electrically connected to the positive electrode plate, a cap plate that seals the lower end of the cylindrical can, and an insulation sheet that adheres the lower part of the positive electrode terminal to the lower surface of the upper surface part of the cylindrical can to seal the inside of the cylindrical can.

摘要: This adhesive film for metal terminals is interposed between a metal terminal that is electrically connected to an electrode for a power storage device element, and a power storage device exterior material that seals the power storage device element. The adhesive film for metal terminals is constituted of a laminate comprising at least a resin layer A and a resin layer B. The resin layer A has a melting peak temperature of 105-130°C. The resin layer B has a cross-sectional hardness, measured in an environment with a temperature of 110°C, of at least 15 N/mm2.

摘要: Disclosed is a battery cell, which includes a battery case having an accommodation portion in which an electrode assembly is mounted, and a sealing portion formed by sealing an outer periphery thereof; an electrode lead electrically connected to an electrode tab included in the electrode assembly and protruding out of the battery case through the sealing portion; and a lead film located at a portion corresponding to the sealing portion in at least one of an upper portion and a lower portion of the electrode lead. The lead film has a dented portion recessed in an outer direction of the battery case, the dented portion is open toward the inside of the battery case, the sealing portion located on a gas discharge portion of the dented portion has an indented sealing portion recessed inward at an outer side of the battery case, and the indented sealing portion does not overlap with at least a part of the gas discharge portion on a plane.

The sealing portion includes a first adhesive portion adhered to the current collector, a second adhesive portion adhered to the current collector, a first reinforcing portion bonded to the first adhesive portion, a second reinforcing portion bonded to the second adhesive portion, and an end surface welded portion. A water vapour transmission rate of the end surface welded portion is less than a water vapour transmission rate of the first adhesive portion and a water vapour transmission rate of the second adhesive portion.

The negative electrode active material layer (32) is provided on a surface of the other (10b) of the pair of electrode plates in the space (S1). The insulating member (40) is positioned between the pair of electrode plates (10a, 10b), the insulating member (40) being provided on a side opposite to the space (S1) when viewed from the sealing member (20). A melting point of the insulating member (40) is lower than a melting point of the sealing member (20).

摘要: An adhesive material and an electrochemical apparatus (30) containing the same are provided. The adhesive material includes an adhesive film, where the adhesive film includes a bonding layer and a first functional layer. The first functional layer includes a styrene-isoprene-styrene rubber and an additive, where the additive includes a wax or a polymer surfactant. With the first functional layer having the styrene-isoprene-styrene rubber and the additive provided, the adhesive material is capable of adjusting bonding strengths on both surfaces of the adhesive film through heat treatment and/or pressure treatment, and avoiding permeation and/or shifting between layers in the adhesive film, thereby improving the safety performance of the electrochemical apparatus.

摘要: A tab sealant disposed covering a part of an outer surface of metal terminals of a power storage device, the tab sealant including: a first sealant layer disposed facing the metal terminal; a high-melting-point layer containing a polyolefin resin; and a second sealant layer, which are laminated in this order, wherein each of the first sealant layer and the second sealant layer includes a low-melting-point layer containing acid-modified polyolefin resin and a medium-melting-point layer disposed between the low-melting-point layer and the high-melting-point layer, the low-melting-point layer has a melting point of 100°C to 135°C, the high-melting-point layer has a melting point of 140°C to 170°C, and the melting point of the medium-melting-point layer is higher than the melting point of the low-melting-point layer by 10°C or more and lower than the melting point of the high-melting-point layer by 10°C or more.
