    Abstract: A rectification circuit, apparatus, and method are provided. The rectification circuit includes M rectification units, and M is an integer greater than or equal to 2. An nth rectification unit includes a first switch transistor, a second switch transistor, and a bias circuit, the first switch transistor and the second switch transistor have different turn-on conditions, and n is an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to M. A control end of the first switch transistor in the nth rectification unit is driven by a first voltage generated by a bias circuit in an (n-i)th rectification unit, and a control end of the second switch transistor in the nth rectification unit is driven by a second voltage generated by a bias circuit in an (n+j)th rectification unit, where i is an integer greater than or equal to 0, j is an integer greater than or equal to 0, n-i is greater than 0, and n+j is less than or equal to M. The rectification circuit can effectively improve energy conversion efficiency.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a control apparatus of a switch-mode power supply and a switch-mode power supply. In the control apparatus of the present disclosure, a short-circuit protection module is set, and when a switching transistor of the switch-mode power supply is turned on, and the short-circuit protection module detects that a voltage across a current sensing resistor of the switch-mode power supply is less than a predetermined value within a predetermined period, that is, the current sensing resistor is short-circuited, the short-circuit protection module generates a short-circuit protection signal, and a driving controller controls the switching transistor to turn off according to the protection signal, thereby switching off the control apparatus, preventing breakdown of the switch-mode power supply, and avoiding erroneous protection.
