    摘要: It is an object of the invention to realize minimization of the total loss from magnification relationships among a fundamental wave loss generated by an AC motor, a loss of an inverter that drives the motor, and a loss generated by a harmonic of the inverter. Since the fundamental wave loss is increased along with the increase in load of the AC motor, a switching frequency of the inverter is lowered to reduce the fundamental wave loss, and the loss caused by fundamental wave current is lowered, so that the efficiency of a system is improved. In contrast, since the harmonic loss of the AC motor is dominant in a light load area, the efficiency is maximized by increasing the switching frequency of the inverter or the number of pulses and reducing a harmonic current.

    摘要: There is provided a synchronous motor control device including: a DC power supply 1; an inverter main circuit 2; a three-phase synchronous motor 3 that is driven when a direct current of the DC power supply 1 is converted into an alternating current by the inverter main circuit 2; and an inverter control unit 6 that receives an angular velocity command value, a phase current value of the three-phase synchronous motor 3 and a DC voltage value of the DC power supply 1 as input and outputs a PWM signal used to control the inverter main circuit 2, the inverter control unit 6 including: a PWM signal generation unit 10; a start-up control unit 8 that outputs a start-up voltage command value corresponding to the phase current value to the PWM signal generation unit 10 at the time of start-up; a steady state control unit 13 that calculates a steady state voltage command value by using a voltage equation in a steady state and outputs the value to the PWM signal generation unit 10; and a steady state control parameter initial value calculation unit 12 that outputs an initial value of a control parameter to be used in the steady state control unit 13 to the steady state control unit 13 such that an output voltage vector from the inverter main circuit 2 to the three-phase synchronous motor 3 is consistent before and after switching from the start-up to the steady state, whereby the start-up can be stably performed.

    摘要: In a controlling device (100) for a permanent magnet synchronous motor, an asynchronous pulse mode is switched to a synchronous pulse mode in a situation where a modulation factor has become equal to or larger than a first set value or in a situation where an inverter (2) output frequency has become equal to or higher than a second set value. The synchronous pulse mode is switched to the asynchronous pulse mode in a situation where the modulation factor has become smaller than the first set value, and also, the inverter (2) output frequency has become lower than the second set value. By setting the second set value so that the number of pulses included in a half cycle of an output voltage fundamental wave of the inverter (2) is equal to or larger than a predetermined value, it is possible to inhibit current oscillations and torque ripples from occurring in the motor.
