The method includes: detecting an incoming phone call; automatically answering the phone call; determining that in at least one pre-stored event, there is an event matching a telephone number of the phone call, where the event includes: at least one of content of the event, a starting time of the event, or a location of the event, contact information of a participant, and permission of the participant; and the contact information of participant includes a telephone number; obtaining and parsing audio content of the phone call; and automatically answering the telephone call according to the audio content and permission that corresponds to the telephone number of the phone call. The method provided in this application has an advantage of effective privacy protection.

The present disclosure provides a method and device for analyzing and responding to voice mail messages. A voice mail message may contain one or more addresses or phone numbers associated with the calling party. The portion of the voice mail message containing an address may be recognized and processed with speech recognition algorithms to determine one or more spoken addresses associated with the voice mail message. The recognized spoken addresses may be displayed by a communications device and the portion of the voice mail message recognized as containing the spoken addresses may be replayed in order for a user to confirm the recognized address. Communications to an address associated with the voice mail message may be enabled while the portion of the voice mail message is replayed.

Über die erste Telekommunikationsverbindung wird von dem ersten Kommunikationsendgerät eine von einem zweiten Kommunikationsendgerät (KEGB) stammende, auf dem Anrufbeantworter gespeicherte Nachricht (N) ausgelesen. Auf ein Verbindungswunschsignal (D) des ersten Kommunikationsendgeräts hin wird eine Kennung (SCPx) eines Dienstesteuerungspunktes (SCP) an eine zweite Vermittlungsstelle (SSP2) übermittelt, und von der zweiten Vermittlungsstelle wird mittels der Kennung der Dienstesteuerungspunkt angesprochen. Daraufhin wird von dem Dienstesteuerungspunkt ein Dienst gesteuert, der eine zweite Telekommunikationsverbindung zwischen dem Anrufbeantworter und dem zweiten Kommunikationsendgerät betrifft. The present invention relates to a Callback module for use in a telecommunications system. The telecommunications system comprises a voicemail system for recording messages of a calling party and replaying the recorded voicemail messages at later time. The callback module comprises a calling line identification retrieving part that is adapted to retrieve a calling line identity of a calling party, a callback part that is able to call back the calling party using the said calling line identity of the calling party. The callback module further comprises a voicemail analysis part to analyse the recorded voicemail for detecting a call back number and a callback number retrieving part that is adapted to retrieve a callback number detected in the recorded message. Further the call back number forwarding part of the callback module is adapted to instruct the callback part to use the callback number retrieved from the recorded message instead of the calling line identity.

The present invention supports a voice messaging service in a wireless communications system. The wireless communications system comprises a serving mobile switching center (MSC), a service control point (SCP), and a voice messaging system (VMS). A subscriber accesses the VMS through a wireless device to retrieve voice messages that are deposited into the subscriber's voice mailbox. When listening to a voice message that is deposited by a call sender, the subscriber may wish to return a call to the call sender. In such a case, the subscriber initiates the call by invoking a call sender option. The call is established to the call sender's directory number through the serving MSC in concert with the SCP. After completing the call to the call sender, the subscriber may return to the VMS and resume the voice mail session at a desired location corresponding with the subscriber's previous interactions with the VMS.

An advanced electronic telecommunications system is provided for the deposit, storage and delivery of audio messages to both user and non-users with limited access provided to the non-user under the control of the user. A Voice Message System (10) interconnects multiple private exchanges (12) of a subscriber with a central telephone office (22). Individual subscriber users may access the Voice Message System (10) through ON NET telephones (18) or OFF NET telephones (24). Selected non-users may be allowed access through the OFF NET telephones (24), the scope of the access of the selected non-users determined by a subscriber user. The Voice Message System (10) includes an administrative subsystem (60), called processor subsystem (62) and a data storage subsystem (64). The Voice Message System (10) enables the user to deposit a message in data storage subsystem (64) for automatic delivery to other addresses connected to the system. The user is also able to deposit a message in a receive-only portion of the data subsystem (60) for access by a selected non-user. The Voice Message System (10) also enables a user to access the system to determine if any messages have been in data storage subsystem (64) for him. Prerecorded instructional messages are deposited in the data storage subsystem (64) for instructing a user or a selected non-user on their progress in using the system.
