摘要: A driver circuit and driving method of an LED lighting device are provided. A driver circuit includes an AC power supply, a dimmer, a transformer, and a dimming control circuit. The dimming control circuit includes a filtering unit, a rectifying unit, a boost converter unit, a voltage feedback control circuit unit, a control-signal conversion unit, and a buck converter unit. A dimming position of the dimmer is defined at point P1. The control-signal conversion unit is introduced to automatically adjust a voltage signal at point P1 into an amount of a current required by the buck converter unit to dynamically balance an input power and an output power such that no flashing or dimming failure phenomena occur to the LED lighting device. When the dimmer is rotated, the voltage of point P1 can change. By control-signal conversion unit, corresponding analog dimming signal is outputted to the buck control unit to alter an amount of current of the buck control unit outputted to the LED lighting device.

摘要: A controllable driver (1) is provided for driving a load. The controllable driver (1) comprises a primary converter (11) and a control circuit (13) isolated from one another by an opto-isolator (18). The controllable driver (11) is isolated from an output load (19) by a magnetically coupled pair of windings (112, 114); wherein said windings are adapted to provide a voltage supply to said output load. A feedback signal from the output load, indicative of a load current flowing in the second winding, is provided to the control circuit by a winding (12) isolated from the first and second windings (112, 114), such that the control circuit (13) remains isolated from the output load. The control circuit also directly receive input control signal without an opto-isolator. The control circuit is also isolated from the switching core (111) of the primary converter (11) via an opto-isolator. Such a controllable driver reduces the likelihood and impact of electromagnetic interference test failures and potential energy surges.

On the basis of the data associated with the device, the processor modulates a light from the artificial light source at a rate imperceptible to a human eye while detectable by a light sensor device. The modulated light is representative of the data associated with the device. The modulated light is detected, demodulated, and decoded by the light sensor device to retrieve the data associated with the device. Further, the data associated with the device is presented by the light sensor device to a user. In addition, the light sensor device is configured to receive input data from the user and communicate the input data to the processor via a wireless link. The processor is configured to receive the input data from the light sensor device and effect a change in a characteristic of the device based on the received input data.
