The method may comprise: generating an initial distribution network according to logistics-related information (101); adjusting the initial distribution network to a target distribution network by means of backing up transit nodes in the initial distribution network (102); then determining an objective function on the basis of the target distribution network and the corresponding logistics-related information, wherein the objective function is used for representing the transportation efficiency of the target distribution network (103); and finally, according to the objective function and a first constraint condition, calculating the transportation efficiency corresponding to the target distribution network, so as to select a distribution route having the minimum transportation efficiency (104). In this way, there is always a transportation relationship between transit nodes during an actual logistics transportation process, and a distribution network is adjusted by means of building virtual nodes corresponding to the transit nodes, such that the adjusted distribution network better conforms to an actual logistics distribution scenario, and a generated distribution route is more consistent with an actual distribution and transportation route.
