One method comprises feeding first and second flexible webs (34,36) in a feed direction, one web being fed each side of a substrate such that the webs (34,36) are in mutual face-to-face disposition ahead of and behind the substrate (10) with respect to the feed direction; joining the face-to-face webs (34,36) at a first join ahead of the substrate (10) and at a second join behind the substrate (10), the joins bounding web portions that together encircle the substrate between the joins; and dividing the joined web portions from the remainder of the webs (34,36) such that the joined web portions together define a band (20) that encircles the substrate (10), to be slid around the substrate (10) in use of the package (12).

摘要： A flexible pipe (12) features an open end (16) and a closed end (14). A nozzle (20) is attached by a friction joint to the open end (16) and features an elbow portion (30) so that it is maintained above the level of the flexible pipe (12). Alternatively, the open end (16) of the flexible pipe (12) is elevated by a collar (120) or stand (148). As a result, fluid may be retained within the flexible pipe (12). The nozzle (20) or open end (16) of the flexible pipe (12) is also flared and features dividers so that guidewires placed within the flexible pipe (12) may be easily accessed by a physician. The flexible pipe (12) may be held in a coiled configuration by clamps. Alternatively, the flexible pipe (12) may be straightened out and attached to a surface, such as the sterile drapes covering a patient, by way of one or more wire/catheter guides. Each wire/catheter guide (60) features one or more channels positioned on a base. The channels are sized to grip the flexible pipe (12) and the bottom of the base is provided with adhesive (94) so the wire/catheter guide may be attached to the surface of interest.

In this manner a large number of discs (44) may be stored and carried in a substantially smaller volume than previously known storage devices. In a preferred embodiment, a removable transparent cover (20) is provided and may be utilized to cover removable indicia identifying each disc (44) stored within the apparatus.

摘要： A dispenser, and associated method for producing such dispenser, for interfolded disposable sheets includes a dispensing container (10) defining an interior volume sufficient for receipt of a clip of interfolded disposable sheets, the container including a first wall (20) with a dispensing opening (42) defined by a removable panel (22). At least a portion of an adhesive material (50) is disposed at a location on the removable panel such that the adhesive is not exposed to the interior volume of the container in an adhesive state. A clip of interfolded disposable sheets (12) is inserted into the interior volume of the container. After insertion of the clip, the adhesive material is exposed in an adhesive state to the interior volume of the container and contact is made between the adhesive and the uppermost sheet of the clip of interfolded sheets such that the removable panel is attached to the uppermost sheet.
