摘要： Mixtures of mixed salts formed between branched-chain alpha keto-acids and basic L-amino acids are useful in the nutritional treatment of chronic renal failure (uremia). These compositions contain fewer component salts than other salt mixtures containing like proportions of basic amino acids and keto acids. The compositions can be used in conjunction with a 20-30g/day mixed quality protein diet and a vitamin and mineral supplement.

摘要： 1. Procédé de préparation d'un mélange peptidi que riche en di- et tri-peptides, à partir d'un hydrolysat enzymatique de protéines ; un tel procédé comprend :
- la chromatographie de cet hydrolysat sur une colonne d'une résine échangeuse de cations sous forme acide,
- le lavage de la colonne de résine échangeuse par de l'eau,
- l'élution de ladite colonne de résine échan geuse par une solution aqueuse d'un alcali,
- et la récupération de la fraction de l'éluat enrichie en di- et tri-peptides, en particulier celle qui sort de la colonne de résine échangeuse depuis le moment où l'indice de réfraction de cet éluat a atteint la valeur 5 jusqu'au moment où le pH de cet éluat a atteint la valeur 8.
Le mélange peptidique riche en di- et tri-peptides selon l'invention est utilisable avantageusement en nutrition artificielle et en diététique.-

摘要： According to the process of the present invention for preparing a pasty proteinous material or a proteinous food, crustaceans are boiled and milled under sufficient conditions for inactivating enzymes contained therein and then proteolytic enzyme(s) and/or microorganism(s) are allowed to act thereon. Thus various protein sources including crustacean meat remaining in the trunks and carapaces, which have been disposed hitherto, can be efficiently utilized.
