    摘要： The invention relates to compositions, containing a. at least one compound selected from the group consisting of (a-1) hydrogenated and/or non-hydrogenated, ethoxylated and/or propoxylated triglycerides of ricinoleic acid having a degree of ethoxylation and/or propoxylation of greater than or equal to 20, in particular from 20 to 60, (a-2) addition products of 2 to 50 mol ethylene oxide on sorbitan monoesters and/or diesters of saturated or unsaturated fatty acids having 6 to 22 carbon atoms, and (a-3) addition products of 2 to 50 mol ethylene oxide and 1 to 20 mol propylene oxide on alpha olefin epoxides having 8 to 22 C atoms and ring-opened with polyols , b. at least one ethoxylated and/or propoxylated glycerol fatty acid monoester and/or diester having a degree of ethoxylation of less than 20, preferably from 3 to 19, in particular from 3 to 15, c. at least one polyol selected from the group consisting of glycerol, diglycerol, triglycerol, tetraglycerol, alkylene glycols and polyalkylene glycols, d. at least one glycerol fatty acid monoester of the general formula (I), where R

A locking means (24, 25; 27) is intended to keep the second roll in standby position. The first space is provided with a vertically arranged disk plate (18) having a flange (19) intended to grip around one end of the roll and keep it in use position. The disk plate is spring-loaded (23) and cooperates with the locking means in such a way that when a roll is located in place in the disk plate the locking means (24, 25; 27) prevents the standby roll from falling down, but when the roll is removed from the disk plate the locking means can be released and permit the standby roll to fall down to use position in the disk plate.

    摘要： The invention related to a device for surveillance of the use of a hygiene station (1) or a similar establishment for washing of hands by one or more users, which device comprises a first sensor device (4) arranged in connection with said hygiene station (1), for detection of presence and identification of users who are in its vicinity, and also a control unit (6) to which said first sensor device (4) is connected. The invention is characterized in that the control unit (6) is connected to a second device (7) for detection of the use of a drying device (2) arranged for drying after the use of said hygiene station (1), where the control unit (6) is arranged for gathering and storage of information concerning said detection of presence, identification and use of the drying device (2) based on signals from said first sensor device (4) and said second sensor device (7), respectively. The invention also relates to a procedure for such surveillance, and also a drying device intended to be used at such surveillance. The invention offers an enhanced arrangement and procedure for surveillance of the extend to which a number of users uses a hygiene station, for example a washstand (1), for washing of hands.
